Wide selection, was attended to after some time. Even though many associates were in air shot but seem more interested in just standing and staring. They didn’t have the option I wanted but they made suggestions on alternative

Came here to check on Nothing phone. Phones are not on display. When I ask why is not on display. The response is people are stealing, that is why not on display. And right beside they have stations with Apple phones, Samsung etc. not sure what is the deal with Nothing phones. They definitely need to change and give customers opportunity to check the phone before purchasing.

Had a disappointing experience with Best Buy. I got an iPhone upgrade under Rogers Save & Return to a new iPhone 16 256GB during the Black Friday deal. They told me that the total bill will come up to $60, after tax because of Rogers exclusive discount and Black Friday deal. But when my first bill came, it came up to $90 per month. I called Rogers customer service and they told me to deal this issue with Best Buy. Went back to this store, and they said that the promotion code DID NOT work on A LOT of people. So I have to escalate this issue to Rogers Presidency. I called Rogers but could not get through their presidency line. Then they asked me to submit my complaint through a link. I did that and got a response that my bill is correct. Went back to Best Buy today and they said my bill looks fine. Everything seems normal. I questioned the employee there because he was the same employee so who said last time that my phone bill will be $76 MAX, not $60. Today, he said everything looks fine with $90 charge on my bill. The employee said he will talk to his territorial manager about my case complaint and to come back next time. I asked the employee to write a written confirmation of what happened today, he is not able to provide anything. Lesson learned, never trust their agreement verbally. Always take pictures and proof. I will be escalating this complaint further to CCTS.

The Best Buy brand currently offers zero protection or consistency across its Express and flagship storefronts, constituting a breach of consumer protection standards and misleading brand representation. I am documenting severe failures in corporate accountability regarding a transaction initiated at a Best Buy Express location, in which I was enrolled in a Lucky Mobile contract without proper disclosure of the terms, in violation of CRTC Wireless Codes requiring a Critical Information Summary. Upon seeking remedy at a flagship Best Buy location, the following legal and statutory failures were observed: Misleading Representation (Consumer Protection / Deceptive Trade Practice) Under the General Impression Test, this location refused to process a return by claiming Best Buy and Best Buy Express are separate companies. The use of identical branding, logos, and signage creates a reasonable legal expectation of unified service. Failure to disclose that Best Buy Express is a non-reciprocal entity at the point of sale constitutes a material omission and failure of consideration. Sale of Non-Functional Product The mobile service sold was non-functional upon activation, with minutes and data already exhausted. Refusal to facilitate a return for a failed product sold under the Best Buy trademark demonstrates complicity in a bait-and-switch scheme. Constructive Refusal of Statutory Rights The flagship store refused to escalate the matter, citing a partnership technicality. This refusal constitutes a bad faith effort to circumvent Ontario consumer law and violates the 15-day trial period provision under CRTC codes. In summary, these actions reflect deliberate evasion of statutory obligations, deceptive trade practices, and failure of corporate accountability across Best Buy’s retail ecosystem. Updat: The Best Buy Social Media Team replied below asking me to "contact them." I followed their link. It led to a closed bot loop with no human escalation. This proves my point: the "Care" is a marketing layer, but the "Mechanics" are designed to prevent resolution. They aren't trying to help; they are trying to manage their public image while maintaining the Architecture of Silence.
