However, the store manager keer informed me that I could not complete the return unless I also returned the promotional gift card that came with the purchase. I fully understand that promotional gift cards are often tied to qualifying purchases, and I am more than willing to have the value of the gift card deducted from my refund if necessary. However, I do not believe it is fair or consistent with Best Buy’s usual customer service standards to completely deny a return that is still within the eligible timeframe. The manager Instead of helping me resolve the situation or explaining the policy clearly, the he simply refused to process the return and was dismissive of my concerns. I tried to communicate respectfully and asked for clarification, but the interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

He is an amazing associate who knows technology well, he is thorough, & has great business and customer service skills. Shourya helped us with choosing the speaker, assisted us at the cashier where we purchased the speaker with a deal and warranty plan, and then he assisted us bringing it to the car since the speaker was big. He went above and beyond & shows how much he cares about his customers! We can tell it was more than just business, but making sure his customers are taken care of. This Best Buy should be very happy to have an associate like him! Thanks Shourya.
