There were so many staff around, more than customers, but none willingly approached customers to help. I asked one of them I need help with macbooks. I explained to him my main concern is the weight difference between air and pro as I carry the laptops when I travel and asked if I could have the two side by side to hold and compare the weight. He said let me ask my manager. Came back after 10 min and said no!! no explanation provided. I drove to the apple store. Got a friendly guy who brought out both laptops with a smile. I picked macbook pro and bought it! Still can’t believe why BestBuy would waste customer’s time like this and lose profit on it too!

His attitude is like: " I do nothing to make things right. You go ahead and do whatever you like. I don't care about Best Buy's customer experience/business image/outside review. That's out of my control or my business. I don't care about it at all. " He showed no apologies or sympathy to customers who are affected by error on his store's side. He is not competent for his position.
