Also, I want to mention customer experience and care is what truly makes a company not just a good one, but the best one that makes people want to return. Kevin, did just that today! - AAArash AFeb 14, 20261.0Unbelievable experience. I had to speak with seven different staff members just to get simple assistance. Every time I approached someone, they pointed me to another person. I would go to that person, and they would send me somewhere else again. At one point, a staff member came over briefly and then disappeared within seconds, leaving me searching for him. I felt like I was constantly being sent back to square one. It seemed like no one wanted to take responsibility or properly assist customers. Whenever I asked questions, I was told I needed to be a “technician” to understand — which is not helpful at all. In the end, only one staff member actually tried to help. I wasted 45 minutes and didn’t get a proper resolution. It felt like everyone was trying to avoid helping customers. Very disappointing service.
