    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neil and store manager! I had one of the most stressful tech situations I have ever dealt with. During a device swap, I specifically asked for help transferring my international eSIM. I was told it should transfer automatically, and I left believing it would because I trusted they were the experts. When I got home, I realised it had not transferred at all. Because this number is tied to my iCloud recovery and other important accounts, I could not access my iCloud backup or even set up my new phone properly for almost 24 hours. The first day, when I asked again for help transferring my eSIM, I was brushed off and told it was nearly closing time and they have not got all day. I returned the next day feeling helpless and ready to file a complaint about the previous experience. That is when everything changed. The manager who helped me was patient, understanding and actually listened to what I was dealing with. She brought over Neil from the tech team, and he was incredible. He took the time to think through the problem instead of giving me a standard answer. He asked if I had another Apple device with me, then went to check if my old phone from the day before was still in the back. Somehow it was, and the eSIM was still on it. He managed to transfer it to my new phone and completely saved the day. After almost a full day of being unable to set up my phone or access my accounts, this was such a relief. Neil even gave me a privacy screen protector as a kind gesture. I am truly grateful for both him and the manager. They were intentional, kind and genuinely committed to helping me. They turned a nightmare situation into a positive one. A huge shoutout to Neil and the manager at Apple Store Yorkdale. They deserve real recognition for their outstanding service.

    Elliya was on of the best sale representative we had something far at that location and the amount of knowledge about iphone was so good,precise and so professional and I would recommend everyone to go there.

    Adrian at Apple was amazing! He helped me get my replacement phone, explained everything clearly, and even put on a screen protector for me for free. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. 10/10 service — highly recommend! Thank you so much again Adrian!!

    Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rating is for store policy of not price matching by more than 10%. AirTag 4 pack normal price at Best Buy is $110, Apple price is $129, they were on sale for $98 at Best Buy and the best they could still do is $12 off to be more than the regular price at Best Buy and most other stores. This despite the fact they were selling it to me direct at a higher margin vs selling it less to Best Buy at Wholesale to then sell to me…just Apple doing Apple things.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store due to the service I received from a sales associate named Omari. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He showed no willingness to help and behaved as if it didn’t matter whether I made a purchase or not. When I asked for assistance, I felt ignored and unwelcome rather than supported as a customer. I bought an iPhone 17 PM 1TB. What made the experience worse was that he did not provide an email receipt, and the paper receipt I received did not even have my name printed properly on it, which is unacceptable for a purchase at an Apple Store. This level of service does not meet the standards I expect from Apple. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer service.
