    Went there for a battery replacement on Jan 11 2026. Everything looked good in the beginning but when I came back to collect my phone after service, they damaged my screen protector and the customer service lady wasn’t so helpful when I asked her if they should take a look at it and do something about it. She said they don’t cover it and suggested me to buy a new one if I want to. Like how is that not your responsibility when I left everything in a good condition and its not in the same condition when I get back. I wasn’t informed that such thing might happen and its on me if such happens. I got the battery replaced but now I’ll have to buy and put on a new screen protector out of my pocket. I went to fix one problem and they handed me another which wasn’t there previously. What a great shitty service 👏

    I had a scheduled appointment for help with my iPad, but the first employee assigned to me was unprofessional and dismissive. He asked unrelated questions, walked away without explanation to help other customers, and later made a rude comment: “You’re still here?” When I asked follow-up questions about my iPad still showing update issues, I was ignored, told to wait nearly 30 minutes, and then simply told to go home without a solution.

    I visited the Apple Store at Sherway Gardens to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. I chose to erase my old device and set up the new phone in store. A sales associate assisted me with wiping the iPhone 14 Pro Max and assured me that all data would be backed up to iCloud and transferred to the new device. However, during this process, my eSIM was also erased. I only became aware of this issue when I began setting up my new phone. As a result, I had to visit another mobile provider location, which took over two hours to resolve. This experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed by the lack of care and expertise demonstrated during a transaction that requires technical knowledge.

    Christmas Eve... Nice sales rep, but gave me the wrong information and I have to deal with so much hassle. The person said that I could setup my new iphone at home with ease, when I could have just done everything at the store and solves my issues at the mall. They should ask for more information from me before making a blanket statement. I made the mistake of trusting the employee. I didn't have any other apple products until I remembered that I still have an old iphone that luckily was over 14.0 iOS. Regardless, it took forever to setup the phone, when it shouldn't have. I was also told it was easy to get register an esim with the iphone. No, it's not, I have to go to a physical store of my phone carrier, which isn't open until Boxing Day, so I can't make or receive any calls nor can I setup nor use some apps on my new phone until I have an esim setup on the new phone. Horrible experience.

    After a weekend on calls with Apple support explaining an issue that is way beyond my control ! I was asked to call Apple support by the store manager Valentina ( who left shortly after I called the supppt team at Apple, who approved 2 times my phone to be repaired / replaced ). Such a horrible experience ! 7 hours spent in that mall.. and being told that my phone was “ a by product of a malfunction / incorrect battery being installed in my phone before I even purchased it??? Blaming Best Buy ? A loyal vendor of Apple … The worst customer service I have ever had! I will be leaving reviews and spreading this experience today across all of my social media platforms! Before today, I’ve never once stepped into an Apple Store for help.. not once … after spending $20k plus on Apple products! Absolutely disgusting treatment of a loyal honest customer of 16 years !
