  Awful awful customer service. Honestly, do not purchase Apple products. Their products are causing bodily harm and there is no support from Apple to take ownership. This will be a safety risk in the future, their new models of watches are not made with safe materials and are burning people. We will be escalating this and hoping to save others from injury.   When I purchased my phone at this store, I was told that for $50 I could buy a lifetime warranty screen protector and come in anytime to have it replaced if it cracked. It actually cracked very soon after my purchase but I didn’t bother, until I was there and decided to get it fixed. I went to the iStore expecting a quick replacement, just as it was explained to me at the time of purchase. Instead, I was told that I had to order a new one, wait for it to be shipped to my home (which would take 2–3 weeks +), and then come back to the store to have it installed. This was very surprising and disappointing, because it is not what was originally promised to me. If I had known that I would need to place an order, wait weeks for delivery, and then return to the store, I would have reconsidered purchasing this “lifetime” warranty. It honestly makes no sense that I have to order a screen protector, receive it in a huge box, and then go back to the store just to have it installed. Not everyone has a car or the free time to make multiple trips for something that was presented as simple and convenient. I feel misled by the information I was given at the time of purchase, and I hope Apple can improve the clarity and convenience of this process for customers in the future.

  We visited here within the last week and were super happy with our experience. As we usually are at an apple store! Calvin helped us replace an airpod. He was informative, thorough and helped us through the transaction seamlessly. Thanks for a great experience. To be honest im a little surprised at all the 1* reviews! we have only had great service at this location.

  Extremely disappointed. They attended 20 mins late than appointment time. Took me an hour for resolution and then they didn’t have screen part and asked me to come back after 7 days. Pathetic customer service. Last time I purchased iPhone
