    I bought a new iPhone 16 Pro from a reseller today, but the phone froze during the data transfer process. I went to this Apple Store for help, and the guy called Safi was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and helped me solve the problem smoothly.     I ordered iPhone 17 and picked up in store, after got it I was asking for help to sync up the new phone, the sales person said someone would help but he didn’t call anyone and I basically stood there did myself. During the time I asked other sales person to help, they were either not being focus or constantly disrupted by other colleagues or manager. I really feel they’re not focusing on customer services individually.

    Had a really good experience at the Apple Store in Mapleview Burlington. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to guide me through the issue with my device. The store was clean and well-organized, and the service was efficient. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Overall, still a great location with reliable customer service.

    Deeply Disappointed by Disrespect and Manager’s Cover-Up This morning, before the store’s opening time (11 a.m.), I waited outside because I had decided to purchase a Macbook. I had already chosen the model and even brought my old device to check whether it could be traded in. I proactively approached one of the staff members (medium height, brown skin tone, square face) and told him what I needed. He said “great” and asked me to wait for two minutes while he would come back to help me. I waited for at least ten minutes, during which he was laughing and chatting with other customers who came after me. When I looked at him directly, he deliberately avoided eye contact and continued talking with others. I tried to approach him several times, but he intentionally walked away and ignored me completely. Feeling humiliated, I got nothing help standing in this store. I decided to speak to the store manager. However, instead of helping, the manager refused to tell me the name of that employee—even after admitting that the employee might have behaved inappropriately. The manager kept defending the staff, saying he wasn’t a salesperson and had no obligation to assist me, implying that I was exaggerating or lying. I believe every customer deserves respect and transparency. I have the right to know who treated me this way. The manager’s final words—“Have a nice day”—were nothing but sarcasm. He clearly didn’t mean it. By protecting such behavior and disregarding customers, this store shows exactly why it has received so many poor reviews. As a loyal Apple customer who uses almost all Apple products, I came with genuine intent to make a purchase. But after this experience, I left deeply disappointed. I will continue to file complaints until Apple gives me a proper response.

    ⚠️ Do not place same day scheduled delivery from this store! Had a bad experience with this store yesterday. I placed a scheduled delivery and chose 2.30-4.30 time slot. But when I didn’t get any update even after 5pm, I called the store (I thought I did but they don’t pick up and gets routed to general hotline). They told they’re waiting for currier to pick up. I called again at 7.30 pm and I was told the same. At around 7.40, I checked the app and it said the currier could not deliver it and returning the packages, which is an obvious lie. I don’t know what’s going on with that store and whatever that is it doesn’t look like this is the first time they’ve done it. So be cautious!
