    I would like to thank Humam and Hanan for their excellent assistance during my visit on Monday, February 23 at around 7:00 PM. They were professional, helpful, and supportive while assisting me with my trade-in. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience smooth and very appreciated. Great customer service from both of them thank you.

He carefully listened to my concerns and explained the solutions in a clear and respectful way. I felt supported and confident throughout the entire process.     I recently purchased a phone from this Apple Store location, and I later discovered that AppleCare had been added to my purchase without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this add-on, and it was never clearly explained to me during the transaction. When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the concern or offering a solution, they were rude and made me feel like the mistake was my fault. As a customer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. Adding services without clear authorization is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with both the sales process and the way my concern was handled. I hope management reviews this matter seriously to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

    I had a very disappointing phone experience with Teesh at the Fairview Apple Store. His tone was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. I made it clear that I didn’t understand the technical jargon and was calling for clarification before coming in to purchase a new iMac, but instead of being helpful, I was made to feel uncomfortable and talked down to. Notably, many of the lower-rated reviews for this location also mention poor phone interactions and a lack of warmth or professionalism. That’s probably something management should take seriously before it starts costing them loyal customers. I’ve been an Apple customer for over 15 years, and this interaction genuinely made me reconsider where I spend my money.

    By far, the worst in-store service experience I’ve ever had. An unauthorized repair was performed on my device without my knowledge or clear consent, and I was only informed after the repair was completed and presented with a large bill. At the very beginning, there was severe miscommunication. I had no single point of contact and received conflicting information from multiple employees. Basic details, including whether I had even visited the store, were disputed because staff failed to properly log my visit in the system. I was later told the device had already been repaired and was immediately asked to pay, despite never giving clear authorization to do the work. When I questioned this, I was told there were call logs proving consent, but none were shown to me. I was then told my only two options were to pay or have the repaired components removed. I was passed between multiple employees and managers, none of whom took ownership of the situation. This resulted in misleading records, inconsistent explanations, and no clear understanding of my case. The senior manager Celine, was dismissive and hostile, frequently cutting me off while I was speaking and refusing to meaningfully address my concerns as a student who bought a device 3 weeks back. I was given conflicting information by different employees, and when I requested escalation, I was sent back to the same person who threw me to another person and then continued to be condescending. What made this situation worse was the complete lack of concern from the senior manager regarding how her staff’s poor communication caused this entire mess. Despite obvious internal failures, conflicting information, missing documentation, and no clear record of consent, she showed no interest in acknowledging or addressing these issues. Instead of taking ownership and attempting to resolve the problem professionally, she was dismissive, defensive, and hostile, repeatedly cutting me off and minimizing my concerns. At no point did she demonstrate a tiny bit of accountability for her team’s mistakes or any empathy for the situation I was put in as a customer. Requesting escalation for a serious situation like this showed zero professionalism whilst being far less helpful than the staff reporting to her. No one in the store was willing to take accountability for the miscommunication and pressure was repeatedly placed on me to resolve a situation I did not create. The lack of documentation, poor internal communication, and unprofessional management made this experience far below the level of transparency and customer service I expect from Apple.
