Absolute chaos at this location. I’ve come in twice to replace the back glass on my iPhone, and both times were a total waste of time. On the first trip, they didn’t have the part in stock, despite knowing my model and color in advance. I specifically asked if I should book an appointment for my return, and they explicitly told me not to. Yet, when I came back after the part arrived, they refused to help and just told me to "come back some other day." Why is a simple repair a lottery where I have to keep showing up and hoping for the best? They have zero respect for customers' time and zero internal communication.

Team Lead Tristan turned my negative experience into a very positive one, he was very patient with me and empathetic about the issues I was facing. This guy deserves a raise and a million kudos for the job he’s doing!

Came to replace a battery in an iphone for my partner. She came last week and were told she would need to come at another time, no appointment needed. Came today and they refused to do it. We have a newborn at home and the store is far for us. Selling a product that will present battery issues after a year of use and refusing to fix it for your client (even though we are paying) is mind-blowing. Very stressful, disrespectful and disappointing experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Apple Store, mainly due to the behavior of one of the store managers, Scott. From the moment he approached the situation, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He refused to even touch or properly inspect my phone, which had previously been repaired at this same Apple Store. He immediately blamed “water damage” and abruptly told me there was nothing they would do—then essentially kicked me out of the store. What Scott failed to acknowledge is that the water damage happened because of Apple’s own repair. The screen had been left loose, and one of the clips was not properly secured by the Apple technician. Because of that poor repair job, water was able to get into the phone. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any empathy, Scott treated me like the problem and showed zero professionalism. I had to escalate the issue and speak to a higher-level manager because Scott was completely useless and unnecessarily rude. Thankfully, Jason stepped in and handled the situation the way a manager should. Jason listened, understood the issue, apologized for the inconvenience, and ultimately resolved the problem. His professionalism was the only reason this experience didn’t end even worse. This experience seriously damaged my trust in Apple repairs. No customer should be treated the way Scott treated me, especially when the issue was caused by Apple’s own mistake. After this, I will never take a phone in for repair at Apple again.
