I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Apple Store, mainly due to the behavior of one of the store managers, Scott. From the moment he approached the situation, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. He refused to even touch or properly inspect my phone, which had previously been repaired at this same Apple Store. He immediately blamed “water damage” and abruptly told me there was nothing they would do—then essentially kicked me out of the store. What Scott failed to acknowledge is that the water damage happened because of Apple’s own repair. The screen had been left loose, and one of the clips was not properly secured by the Apple technician. Because of that poor repair job, water was able to get into the phone. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any empathy, Scott treated me like the problem and showed zero professionalism. I had to escalate the issue and speak to a higher-level manager because Scott was completely useless and unnecessarily rude. Thankfully, Jason stepped in and handled the situation the way a manager should. Jason listened, understood the issue, apologized for the inconvenience, and ultimately resolved the problem. His professionalism was the only reason this experience didn’t end even worse. This experience seriously damaged my trust in Apple repairs. No customer should be treated the way Scott treated me, especially when the issue was caused by Apple’s own mistake. After this, I will never take a phone in for repair at Apple again.

I’ve been here twice now and both times the Genius Bar folks were super nice and rly helpful! My most recent visit was with Josh who was honestly lovely. The only downside is that walking into the store can feel kinda overwhelming (which makes sense because the Eaton Centre is always busy), but it’s hard to know what you’re supposed to do. Most employees were already helping someone and the ones who weren’t didn’t seem super approachable, even when I was clearly standing there looking lost lol so don’t be afraid to just walk up to one of them

Worst Apple Store experience ever. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t care at all. Complete waste of time. If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it.

My iPhone 17 pro’s Microphone was not working even though it has warranty, they said that there is a chance of data loss that might occur during the service, so they wanted me to agree to the data waver and I am not willing to do that cause I’m concerned about the overall user experience of my phone they said that they wouldn’t even able to service the phone unless I agree to the data waver, as a iPhone user I concerned about my work and data even the Manager Katlien was not able to help me out

I visited the Apple Store at the Eaton Centre on December 10, 2025, around 6 PM to shop for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I entered, a security guard followed me closely throughout the store, standing right behind me and watching my every move—even while I was browsing items directly in front of Apple employees. This is not the first time this has happened to me during the holiday season at this location, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars here, I expect to be treated with respect, not suspicion. Apple needs to seriously reconsider the security practices at this store. Customers should feel valued, not harassed. This female security guards thinks I'm going to steal something at the store, I make more than double her income. Being harass by security guard, terrible shopping experience when I am just trying to look for gifts for my family.
