Thank you to the gentleman who helped me with my phone today…he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. However, the asian lady manager completely ruined the experience. I accidentally left my iPhone box with my cable behind and came back within minutes to get it. Instead of helping, the manager immediately insisted I had taken it, refused to run the cameras when I asked, gave me an excuse like “police should be present” and also spoke to me very dismissively. Moments later, she suddenly returned with my box FROM IDK WHERE!!! after blaming me for “walking out with it.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Mistakes happen, things get misplaced…but blaming the customer instead of owning up to it is unacceptable. Great employee…terrible management.

I had an issue with my AirPods where one of them had muffled sound and it wasn’t sounding as loud as the other one. I went to this store to get them checked out only to find out that I would have to buy a new one. They didn’t even bother asking me if i had tried changing the ear tips or not. Well guess what, I went home and changed the ear tips on both of them, and they sound like I just bought them new. A year ago I went to the same store with a problem on my mac’s keyboard and they refused to even look at it saying that I would have to get the whole keyboard replaced. Upon telling them that I have apple care and being adamant that there was an issue with just some keys and not the whole keyboard, only then did they go ahead and change those specific keys. If there was an option to give one star rating, I would. I don’t think I will ever visit this store again or even buy any more Apple products from this place.

I went to this Apple Store to repair the cracked glass over my phone’s camera. During my first visit, they told me it would be covered through AppleCare by replacing the camera module. When I came back for the scheduled appointment, they took my phone to the back for an assessment. When they returned, they said the only option was to replace the entire back panel and that I’d have to pay $125. Basically suggesting a full device replacement. I decided to think about it and took my phone to a reputable third-party repair shop. They immediately told me the camera glass was intact as a separate piece and fixed it for $60. No full replacement needed. I left feeling misled and that my time was wasted. I understand Apple has strict repair policies, but being told something inaccurate and then pushed toward an expensive replacement wasn’t a good experience. I wish the assessment had been honest and transparent from the start.

Inundated with blue shirts, yet still haphazard and unwilling to help. I waited for one of the agents to complete his conversation with a customer so I could book a drop off for my phone repair. Since it took them 10 mins to chat, a line formed behind me. Instead of helping us, however as soon as the agent was done he quickly moved forward and swiftly disappeared behind the door in the corner, leaving all of us confused. When I got ahold of another person, they mentioned they were responsible only dor pickups, and we had to wait. We did finally find someone, and tried to explain that we only needed to drop off our phone. Yet she kept saying that repair will take 2 days. In the end, we just shipped the phone out for repair instead. Horrible service here, clear lack of management.

Apple Store Eaton Centre, Toronto And Extremely Poor Apple Care Customer Service Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Fraudulent Misrepresentation & Refused Help to Hacking Victim - Returned $2,500 Purchase On November 5-7, 2025, I experienced what I believe to be fraudulent business practices at this location, resulting in my returning the iPhone 17 Pro and canceling all future business with Apple. THE FRAUD: Apple previously told customers that purchasing a new device would allow creation of a new Apple ID. However, when I purchased the iPhone 17 Pro on November 5th, the device rejected my new Apple ID attempt, stating: "you have used this number before, enter a new number." This is fraudulent misrepresentation - they induced my $2,500+ purchase with a false promise, then the device rejected what they promised it would do. APPLE REFUSED TO HELP HACKING VICTIM: My Apple ID was hacked with documented proof of 27 password changes in just 2 days. As a cybercrime victim, I needed Apple's help to secure a new Apple ID. Instead: Apple Support chat representative refused to help, only saying "change your phone number" Ignored that I'm a victim of crime Ignored that hundreds of business contacts use this number Dismissed all evidence of the hacking Only after I said I would return the phone for refund did the supervisor suddenly fix the Apple ID issue - proving they could have helped from the beginning but deliberately refused Apple has a responsibility to help customers who report their accounts are compromised. Instead, they abandoned a hacking victim and only helped when threatened with product return. OTHER PROBLEMS: Sales staff provided incomplete product information, forcing me to exchange the device on November 6 Took over 2 hours on November 7 to find ANY way to contact Apple Support on their website Heavy police and security presence disrupted staff's ability to focus on customer service HEALTH IMPACT: This deliberate obstruction while I was dealing with active hacking caused severe stress, elevated heart rate, and significant time loss. OUTCOME: Received full refund only after stating I would pursue legal action. The fraudulent promise about new devices allowing new Apple IDs, combined with refusing to help a hacking victim, may violate consumer protection laws and potentially criminal fraud statutes. WARNING: Do not trust Apple's promises about device capabilities. They will not help you if you're hacked. They only respond when threatened with returns or legal action. I am considering formal legal proceedings for fraudulent misrepresentation and negligent treatment of a cybercrime victim. This version: Removed heavy legal citations that Google might flag Kept "I believe" and "may violate" language (protects you from defamation) Focused on facts and your experience Still mentions potential legal action (shows seriousness) Short enough for Google Maps (under typical character limits) CRITICAL WARNING: Even this version contains serious fraud allegations. Before posting anywhere: Have documentation of Apple saying new device = new Apple ID Save proof of the 27 password changes Keep all chat transcripts Consider consulting an attorney Ready to post, or want further changes?
