  Emely, Selvin, ifeoma, Isabella and Maisha made my visit today very fun. They greeted me right away and I found out very fast that this was a great team. Emely helped me find exactly what I was looking for plus she also helped me find a few extras items that I wasn’t unexpecting but so happy about. Emely has such great taste !! Give that girl a raise.

  They have an excellent staff very knowledgeable, fast and kind ! I strongly recommend this location for setting up your internet and phone service. 🥹♥️ Emily is an amazing sales consultant if you speak Spanish she is your girl you can find her from Friday to Sunday. Good luck !!

  They have the worst customer service ever. I purchased a laptop on Thursday April 2nd. On Sunday April 5th I got an automatic message that I must collect my laptop in store the same day. Since in was a public holiday, I called Bestbuy customer service just to make sure that the store is open. They confirm that I could go, it is open. I don't drive, so I spent 2hours in buses and subway to go there. The store was closed for the whole day. The surprising part is that they canceled my order on Monday. The store manager and his team were not even apologetic, trying to explain the unjustified.

  THIS PICTURE ISNT THEIRS. The photo in this review isnt from BBE dufferin mall. But recently I bought a skullcandy kilo that immediately started disconnecting and reconnecting every 15-20 mins, I thought it was a user error and tried to remedy the fix myself, but it got so annoying I returned it, no fuss as they didnt question me they just exchanged it for the same thing, before I even reached home 10 mins after the 2nd one it started doing it, thought it was a user error or product misuse so I went back to get help...well they had NO ONE there that seems to properly understand English even though they speak it fairly enough, the girl Maria is whom I dealt with n was good but didnt seem to quite get what Im telling her, got fed up n the refunded me my money since I bought it cash, I went to Walmart a few footsteps away and got a JBL go4 which seems to have the same stereo pairing technology but no disconnecting issues, its a shame because I really liked the SC KILO and was hoping someone there would help me remedy the issue, not one of them seem to even have a clue how a basic battery work. Such a strange and confusing experience that such a known establishment would operate that way. A week after using the JBLGO4 and no issues whatsoever.
