  Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I came in because my Mac is not working and I was considering buying a new MacBook. I was looking for a staff member to introduce the available models and explain the differences, but the employee stood there chatting with a coworker instead of assisting me. I felt ignored as a customer. As a representative of Apple, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and service. This kind of poor customer service does not reflect well on Apple’s reputation and made for a very frustrating experience.

  Today My sister went there very upset about buying a more than $100 case that broke in less than 3 month. The first person, a girl, tried to help her, but she was even more upset when she said no, we can't do anything about the warranty. Finally, a young man named👌*< Mahbod>* 👌helped my sister with a very polite and pleasant demeanor and explained things to her well. Finally, even though the case wasn't replaced, we left the store happily. We call this customer service, which the guy 👍Mahbod👍 knew, but unfortunately the girl, whose name we didn't even ask, didn't. The girl looked at my sister, who doesn't speak English well, with such contempt and runtly eyes that it seemed like she had made a big mistake to go and complne and was behaving very badly.

  Today, on April 17, 2026, we were at Apple Store Fairview Mall from 7 to 8 PM. We asked two of the sales staff if someone could help us, and they said someone would come. We waited a full hour, and no one came to even ask what we needed. They can check the cameras. I don’t recommend shopping at this branch, it was a disappointing experience here.

  I had a really great experience at the Apple Store in Fairview mall today. Wing helped me from start to finish and was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, compare options, and make sure I was getting the best deal without any pressure. I truly appreciated how attentive and genuine he was. Also, Billy came by and had such a warm and thoughtful conversation with me. When he found out I’m from Iran, he showed real empathy and kindness, which meant a lot. Both of them made my experience not just easy, but genuinely pleasant. Thank you for the amazing service.

Pros: Clean and well-designed store Friendly, knowledgeable staff Very professional and skilled repair team Fast, smooth, and high-quality service Cons: Can get very busy at times Prices can be a bit on the higher side 📍 Overall: A strong Apple Store experience with excellent technical support and customer service. Even though prices may be slightly high, the quality and professionalism make it worth it.
