From geek squad to best buy, they have something broken in their system which makes it extremely difficult to get quality service. I dropped my computer off 2 months ago as it was under warranty... it took them 2 months to realize they couldn't fix it. It also seems like their is no internal communication that goes on what so ever. I'd call the store for an update, and they would tell me something different than the geek squad people. I was told they had the part, then they didnt have the part, and was told by multiple parties it just came in, weeks apart. Get your shit together
