- MBMichael BeaudetApr 27, 20265.0I have had the worst experience with a retailer in my life with Best Buy. I didn’t select a 5 star rating. It automatically came up for some unknown reason. Maybe they’re manipulating their ratings. Their staff are extremely unknowable with their products and their Timmins manager is extremely young and incompetent as a manager. She doesn’t know anything about Best Buy products or how to treat customers with respect.
