I have been trying to buy a computer for weeks, 3 times the order was cancelled due to "security" issues with my billing address. My billing address is correct as per my bank, the staff I spoke with stated they corrected and would honour same price as sale price I had ordered at. Then 3rd agent guaranteed me he would resolve and contact me once done. Did not contact me! The order was cancelled again! The sad part is - the call center for this company is NOT IN CANADA, it is in Guatamala City! Not even our country! This experience has been the worst waste of time I have spent trying to buy a computer. They do not have a store in my town but there is one 4 hour drive away! This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and as they say trying to do the same thing over and over again is insanity! Insanity has summed up my experience with the ONLINE BEST BUY STORE! THE MESSAGE BELOW THAT SAYS WE ARE TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US IS INSANE ... NO THEY ARE NOT .. Apparently they 'can't' cancel a online order, but they also couldn't give me a package tracking number to cancel it with Purolator. I spent a entire afternoon and neither one could figure out how to cancel a damn order. They wouldn't refund it, either, even when I asked several times. Worst support in the world, absolutely useless.
