Categories of items are spread out all over the store. Heat blaring, stinky employees, and I needed to use a flashlight to look at items its so dark.

I'd walk around, receive really good service from well trained employees who had actual product knowledge instead of sending everyone to the geek squad desk that's lined up to talk to one guy. Sometimes I'd see something that caught my eye and maybe pick it up. The last couple of years? It's agony for me to even step foot in there. I don't know what happened, but there's hardly any staff, none of the staff have ANY product knowledge whatsoever. I've never seen a store go downhill so fast. Just horrible. Nicholas Imperius, you are missed my man. Anyways, don't waste your time here anymore. Go to The POWER CENTER for actual customer service.
