    Terrible experience all around. Waited around 15 minutes as the only one in the return line before I was told they’d find someone to help me. Employee Miranda, who had no idea what she was doing tried to process my return and had to call over the manager 3 separate times. Wasn’t bothered until she started complaining loudly about how manager Fraisure should be thanking her for her time instead of mine because she was supposed to be off already. Great, professional service from Miranda! Will be reporting this behaviour as well.

After visiting several other stores that did not have the model and color I wanted, and that indicated a four-week waiting period, I found Best Buy to have ample stock and attractive deals. The staff were also amazing, welcoming, and very polite.
