So, I bought a new one because I really need it due to my upcoming exams. Everything was installed and payed. I picked up the next day. As soon as I got home I was able to turn on my old laptop by following Google instructions. I don't know what happen to the geek support guy but I just reboot the laptop using the pin at the back and it turned on. I wonder if I can return the laptop that I just bought, including the installation fees.
