  I was having trouble sending and receiving texts and phone calls. Went to Rogers my provider and was told I need a SIM card but my husband had to be there 🤷‍♀️. Left and came back but not able to wait so went to Zehrs where again would have to wait. Went to Best Buy Express where they fixed it in seconds, no SIM card needed. Thank you so much for your help, much appreciated.

  Shreya helped me out today as I came in needing a second phone for my business. She not only was able to set that up to me on a great price; but we also upgraded my personal phone to a cheaper plan then my existing. Such a great experience - you could genuinely tell she wanted me to get the best deal.

  I just had an amazing customer service experience with Agam from the Stratford store! He was calm and patient with me in getting my phone moved over to a new device and plan. I’m a happy customer and will return in the future.
