  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy Pen Centre! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed at a great price. Checkout was quick and smooth, and I really appreciated the professional service. It’s clear the team cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great tech and great service!

  Best place for all devices from phones to gaming devices and the customer service is amazing . I’m never disappointed coming here, always leaving feeling happy and satisfied. Best Best Buy ever!

The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of electronics at competitive prices.   Customer service was terrible. I asked whether they can price match Amazon. The sales person just said “we don’t do that” without even checking. I have to show her the Best Buy policy for her to just take a look whether the Amazon price I have qualifies for the price match. She was also very upset and mean the entire time. Will not return anymore.

  Big thanks to AJ! He helped us with multiple transactions, including purchasing an iPad and Apple Pencil, and also assisted us with switching our service provider. AJ was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was smooth, easy, and never felt rushed. We really appreciated how organized and helpful he was from start to finish. Excellent customer service—highly recommend asking for AJ if you’re at Best Buy!
