    I just purchased a new I Phone 16E from the St Catherines store. The salesperson named Bradley was excellent, explained all the options very well, helped me while waiting on another customer and was constantly helping fellow employees while staying calm and professional. Very impressive, also bought a new Denon stereo receiver.

    I recently bought an Apple Watch SE (11) from Best Buy, and I had a great experience thanks to Muskan Sharma. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the right watch. Muskan explained all the features clearly and made the whole buying process smooth and comfortable. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience even better. Thank you, Muskan, for your help and professionalism.     Very disappointed as I have bought probably 8 TVs for my business’s over the last few years and I ordered 2 65” Samsung TVs and both were heavily damaged and I could not use. I needed them for my bed and breakfast and it took 10 days to exchange my first one which had an huge blurry spot and my other one that the screen was ripped right off I’m still waiting for. I understand getting a tv that something is wrong but both to be not usable and so badly broken makes me think these were both dropped and were still delivered without inspection. Very unhappy with this as I’ve been a very loyal customer and it shouldn’t take 10 days to exchange a tv in my opinion. Now my business was without TVs so I had to go out last minute to buy two more TVs elsewhere so I could have them up and running. Never offered a quicker exchange which I asked for or any compensation for these troubles. Very unfortunate situation.

    I purchased an Apple Watch, I was with my friend at the time and the person who assisted us (Ian) was absolutely incredible and hilarious. I have genuinely never laughed that hard while making a purchase before and have never felt inclined to leave a review anywhere before. I actually looked back at the receipt to see who it was that checked us out. Thank you Ian for making the experience so great.

    Honestly man, don't think I can happily buy from Best Buy again, I think the communication here sucks and I really hate all the hidden things that come with the buying experience. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience. To start I don’t want to blame the employee’s-that being said it was still a frustrating situation. I recently got some headphones; I work in a loud environment and was in the market for something to help tune it out, so after work I went to Best Buy. An employee came to help me and recommended me a pair, So I decided to buy them and even got the 2 year warranty.I went to work the next day and TA-DA the headphones aren’t as good as I would hope they’d be. The headphones claimed to be nose cancelling but when I turned it on and fixed the setthings I could still hear everything, in fact it felt like the world around me got even louder.So after my shift ( the same day mind you ) I went back to the Best Buy to refund my pair.I made sure the packaging had everything in it and brought my receipt. Going to the front desk the employee took them, examined it, and asked me why I wanted to return them, then told me he could put my money back on a gift card.I was confused cause I had the original debit card I had used and usually they’d just ask for that.He told me the system will not allow a refund back to my debit card but only on a gift card or I can exchange the item for something different. I don’t normally shop at Best Buy so a gift card would be very useless to me, and I expressed this. I also expressed that I don’t know what headphones I would possibly want to exchange it for.He pretty much looked at me and said there was nothing he could do. Frankly I feel robbed.Not being able to get my money back after a purchase I made barley 48hrs ago feels crazy to me. Now i’m out almost $500.00 and have a pair of headphones that I no longer need. Communication needs to be better to avoid upsetting situations like this.
