Purchased my new phone today and had a really great experience. Krishna helped me throughout the entire process and patiently cleared every single doubt I had. She explained everything properly and made the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free. Really happy with the service.

If i could leave no stars i would. going in to get their cell phone deal was awful. all they did was sign me up and send me out the door and tell me to deal with my provider to do everything else. so not only did i leave with my phone not working, i also had to shop somewhere else and ask for help. this was a waste of my time when i could have gotten the same deal from bell and my service would have worked right away rather than having no service for 3 days because best buy did nothing other than making commission and sending me out the door. never again best buy. when i went to the Bell store in the same plaza, they were amazing and helped me and said that Best buy has been doing this exact thing to so many other people and i find that disgusting. I wish i had gone to bell first instead of giving best buy my service. you cant even call the store.

Requested a call back 3 times in the span of 7 days to inquire about cell phone activation, got no call back. Went to do it in person since the deal was ending soon. Waited an hour and half in line with only 2 people in front of me and the line didn’t move. One of the customers at one of the three desks was done and the rep just walked up and left, never came back. The other two customers were there for god knows how long. The line kept building, probably up to 4-5 others behind me. I couldn’t wait any longer. Why is activating a phone plan taking 2+ hours? Ridiculous.

I visited this location a few days ago to make a purchase and pick up an online order, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the store, I was immediately met with four to five large TV stack-outs near the entrance, each containing multiple units. The placement made the entrance feel cluttered and unsafe, as navigating the space without the risk of knocking something over was difficult. I then proceeded to the Entertainment section to purchase a television. After narrowing my choice down to two models, I asked a sales associate to explain the difference between them. His response was simply, “the brand.” When I asked if he could provide any additional information, he stated that he could not and then walked away. As a result, I selected a TV on my own and completed the purchase with another associate. Afterward, I needed to carry the TV to the back of the store for my online order pickup. This was challenging due to additional product stack-outs placed in the middle of already narrow aisles, making it difficult to maneuver a large item through the store. When I arrived at the Online Pickup area, there were no associates present. I rang the bell and waited approximately 10 minutes with no response. I rang the bell again and, while waiting, asked a nearby associate for assistance. He indicated he would call someone over, but another 10 minutes passed without anyone arriving. I then returned to the front of the store to seek help at Customer Service, where I observed approximately 8–10 associates standing together and conversing. I asked two of them if someone could assist me at Online Pickup, as I had been waiting for about 20 minutes. I was told, “Sorry, we are very busy today. We will help you when we can.” I expressed my concern that, given the number of staff present, someone should be able to assist customers waiting at Online Pickup. At that point, one associate reluctantly agreed to help. Once we returned to the Online Pickup area, the process was completed in under two minutes. However, I then had to walk through the crowded store once again, carrying both the TV and my online order, while attempting to avoid knocking over merchandise. Overall, the store felt excessively overcrowded with product, and the level of customer service was extremely poor. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will be avoiding this location in the future and sharing my experience with others

I just came in to get a sd card and a Garmin watch. The service was fantastic I got the sd card I need. I was very disappointed to learn that you can’t try on watch’s you have to buy them first. I have really small wrists so I want to make sure it doesn’t look weird. Could have made a 300- 500 dollar sale instead I left with just the SIM card.
