Dear store owner, suggesting that customers reach out to a generic inbox where messages will likely get buried—isn't helpful. If you genuinely wanted to resolve this, you would have offered a direct store email and a contact of someone who can help. And since you can’t give me back the time I lost, your response comes across as reactive rather than sincere. Thanks but no thanks. And if you’re not acknowledging the overwhelmingly negative feedback about your staff, nothing will change. Good luck. ------ March 3, 2026 I went to the Ashtonbee Best Buy over the weekend because the website said they were open until 9 pm. I got there at about 8:30, and it looked like they were shutting down. Employees were hanging out in the parking lot, and someone at the door told us they were closed. Seriously? The website said 9 pm. They only updated the hours afterward, but why not fix it before people waste their time driving over? It’s a tech-focused retailer - keeping the website accurate shouldn’t be difficult. The whole experience made it feel like the staff cared more about collecting a paycheck than helping customers. We ended up buying what we needed at the dreaded, horrible Walmart instead, and Amazon sells the same item for less. At this rate, I don’t see this store lasting much longer. Good luck Best Buy — you’ll need it.

  poor customer service by Manager. bought a ps portal from bestbuy, was having difficulty doing handshake with ps5. when asked for help, got told they will charge $40 although bought from them. had to refund. and never buying electronics from bestbuy. i will rather go to Walmart or Costco.

  Oh hell no 💔😭, Bro i bring my PC TO get it fixer bc i have a bios/no bootable devices found problem which is a ssd problem. THIS GUY IN THE GEEK SQUAD REPAIR ROOM SAID MY CPU AND RAM FAILED????, and says theres no display,I come back home and test it out, boom my display shows bios which indicates my cpu and ram is fine, Do NOT come here if u want repairs, PLEASE go to a actual local repair shop.

  I wanted to pick up an online order at this Bestbuy as they are one of the pick up point of the vendor, they refused to give me the package since my first name on the shipping label didnt match with my ID, I showed them the tracking number and order number, even showed them the app where it shows the name on the package but still they refused, the lack of empathy and intuition of the worker is really disappointing, Now the courier have to return my order and Giving me a refund instead because they cant guarantee that they may be able to send the same items, not just they gave me a hard time in the pick up but they also had me refunded the package since they suggested to contact Zara about it, I showed them enough proof and verification yet they still wont budge, Bestbuy but not so best employees I guess
