    Just purchased a Garmin wrist watch i was extremely happy with the service in the store. However a good experience turn very bad, very quickly, when I got home and needed to charge the watch in order to connect it to my phone. Apparently I need a special adapter, which does not come with the phone. I try to make a simple call to the store in Toronto, Canada, but of course I'm speaking to a gentleman in Guatemala... I now have to wait for a store rep to call me to tell me the step. I presently don't have time to make the inconvenient drive all the way back to the store...all in all...for $850.00 I expect much better. Not good Best Buy

    Why can't we contact the Geek Squad at the store where we made the actual purchase? This policy needs to change. My laptop of 5 years died - battery bloated, which I discovered when I took it into Scarbrough store 50 Ashtonbee Road. Unit 2. Built in obsolescence in action! I must say I was impressed with the gentlemen at Geek Squad and especially salesperson Ryaan who took so much time and care explaining and finding the laptop to suit my needs. He should be employee of the month! I received a call later that evening but could not contact said store the next day as I wanted to re-connect with sales person to go over changes as I had upgraded to Windows 11. Did I mention I am a senior and writer? We ended up having to install a new Microsoft license to access and use files transferred. It was time consuming as we had to download Microsoft and put in passwords and check all was running smoothly. Both Ryaan and Faisal were professional, patient and so polite and helpful. They knew how to help an non techie without being condescending. What great representatives of technology and your store.

    I walked around the computer section for about 15 minutes in an almost empty store. Several staff members were standing nearby chatting and made eye contact with me multiple times but never bothered to ask if I needed help. I usually don’t care much about service, but this time I was genuinely interested in buying a desktop. Unfortunately, the complete lack of attention made it clear how little they care about customers. Very disappointing experience.

    It is so hard to contact this store directly. I had to wait 7days for my missing parts and then contacted by store after several requests to customer care. Even after waiting all this time and putting so much effort to call the customer care my products are going to a wrong address. When I tried contacting them to let them know the products are going to a wrong address. I had to wait 4 more business days to just get a call back from the store. This is ridiculous. Never going back to bestbuy again.

    I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars here — buying iPads, phones, and other electronics. Unfortunately, my experience with this store’s new management team has been nothing short of disappointing. Customer service used to mean something here. The previous managers actually cared, listened, and tried to help. Now, it feels like the staff and management couldn’t care less. I recently purchased a pair of Wayfarer smart glasses for about $470, and within a month they stopped working. When I brought them back, I was told they’d “make an exception” to take the return — but instead of refunding me, they only issued a store credit. To make things worse, the Gen 2 version of the glasses I actually wanted was available for pre-order before October 3. By the time I went in to place the order, it had disappeared from their website. A manager told me to “wait a week,” but it’s still not available. Now I’m stuck with a $500 gift card I can’t use for anything I actually need. As someone who runs a business myself, I understand policies — but I also understand that management always has the ability to make things right when the situation calls for it. Instead of showing any effort to help or even empathy, they simply brushed me off. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers. If this is the level of customer service Best Buy is comfortable with, it’s no wonder people choose to shop elsewhere.
