    The service that we got today in the computer section with the Greek squad was outstanding. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, polite and willing to work with you to come with a resolution on items that you need that you don't need that you don't have in stock that we might be able to pick something else. Great service and would definitely come back. Thank you!

    Just a heads up — this store lacks associates who are able to communicate clearly and understand conversational cues and listen to the basic needs and concerns of customers. The associate ordered a product to our home after we explicitly stated we did NOT want such goods shipped due to the risk of theft, and were told that the item was available in stock to purchase in store day of. As a result, we ended up having the item shipped to our home even though we mentioned we wanted to purchase the in stock item that day, and it led to us being unable to cancel the purchase (which mind you, we thought was an in-store purchase, not an order to our home) and had to purchase the correct item in store due to the associate’s basic ability to understand our concerns (essentially a double charge, with the risk of the original purchase being stolen). The customer service team was left speechless, of course, due to the situation their fellow associate had put them in. I appreciate Kalis and Naveen’s help in trying to rectify the situation and clearly explaining our options for the original incorrect order, and grabbing us the right item instead to purchase in store. But all in all, I do not anticipate myself shopping at this location ever again.

    I experienced bad customer service at this location. I visited the store to return a product that I had purchased online. The issue was that I had used a virtual card for payment, and the girl at customer service didn't know how to process the refund using an alternative method. She simply wasted my time. I then went to another location (STC), where the staff member checked everything thoroughly—the bill and my bank transaction. They even called the manager for me, and I successfully received my refund.

    I bought a tv wit the warranty and I spent over 300$ for warranty and the guy name is manju told me whatever happen wit the tv and we’ll exchange it or give u the gift card when i went to the store to ask them to exchange it or the gift card and they don want to serve and they swearing and yelling at me and tells me bad words wat da hell the customer service is and I don know wat to do now and I won’t buy anything from best buy again bad bad customer service I called customer service and they give me case no and the customer guy said they gunna call me but nobody called as yet I spend 1300 $ for the tv I just want ma money back

    Staff were just standing around chatting with their other employees. They weren't very excited to help me and I found that it was an inconvenience for them when I asked for help. Beware of purchasing items here (or even other best buy locations). It doesn't seem like Best Buy screens the items that have been returned because a TV that we bought here recently that was allegedly "new" was clearly used and likely a different TV entirely. We didnt receive an apology when we brought it back to the store which honestly would've went a long way. We did end up receiving a new TV but the whole process did not seem very genuine and left a negative impression on us.
