Had a worst experience with this location. Bought a new phone with this store and they gave me a $300 gift card. A week later I came to know that other Best Buy locations were giving $400 for the same phone who bought it on the same date. When I went back and asked for it , the assistant store lead Jason was so rude and never honoured it and literally said he don’t care what other stores give even though my phone was eligible for that $100. Very disappointed with his customer service. Never do business with this location.

This review is mostly for potential buyers, from the responses I have seen from the "owner" of the store, nothing changes. I got a laptop on the 13th of December and was told I had to purchase a new best buy membership plan even though I had an active plan which I pay on the 8th of every month, I explained this to the best buy associate but he made a bogus claim that I had to as I was getting a new laptop. He said I would get a refund for the earlier payment the following week.
Now today being the 2nd of January, I still haven't received a refund. I reached out online and the associate I chatted with said she couldn't help as it was an in store purchase. I decided to try again with another agent and he said I shouldn't have been asked to pay for another membership and I should reach out to the store for a refund. I checked my best buy account, only to find out that the old membership wasn't even cancelled and I would have still been charged on the 8th of January, meanwhile the new plan is active as well.
I called the number that's associated with this store (it's routed to an off site location) and had to wait about 20 mins to speak to someone, thankfully this associate was helpful and have processed my refund and cancelled the old membership plan.

Just as an FYI for those looking to get the Boxing Day phone deal ($35/month for 100 GB with Rogers, Bell, and Telus), if you want to go to with Bell and Telus, you must make payments with DEBIT. Only Rogers can have payments made with credit.
If you want to pay with credit with any carrier, then the deal is $40/month.
Only giving 3 stars because this information printed on the sign would've been helpful. If we'd see this stated, we would not have waited in line for an hour.

We had a wonderful experience at this Best Buy location! Aron, the LG Representative, helped us decide which TV model and soundbar would best suit our needs. He was very patient with us and explained the differences between all of the models based on our room size and our desired features. Additionally, Kyle, the Best Buy representative, also helped us determine which power surge protector and warranty would be most ideal. Thank you both so much for all of your assistance!

Severe Delays, Wrong Part, Lost Income, and Inadequate Resolution
I purchased a laptop from Best Buy Canada via Marketplace seller PC Refresh. It arrived on Nov 9, 2025, with the wrong power adapter, making the laptop unusable. I repeatedly contacted PC Refresh through their portal and email, stressing the urgency as I rely on this laptop for contract work.
The correct adapter wasn’t shipped to the carrier until Nov 13 and I only received it Nov 14. I brought it to Best Buy on Nov 16, where a technician verified it, completed the data transfer, and the laptop finally became operational at 8:15 p.m.
This delay caused ~$2,000 in lost income due to missed contractual obligations. Best Buy’s only offer was a $150 gift card, which does not address the real financial impact.
All communications were professional, documented, and sent through proper channels. I have filed a Small Claims Court case, notified the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, and shared my experience publicly to warn others.
Consumers relying on Marketplace sellers should be aware that errors like this can lead to substantial financial losses, and meaningful support may not be provided.
