  I recently visited the Best Buy near Scarborough Town Centre and received outstanding service from Jason. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my Google Pixel phone, and I couldn’t be happier with his effort. What impressed me most was that, despite providing such excellent support, he never asked for a review. Truly exceptional service—well done, Jason!

  I wish I got her name but the young possibly Tamil girl in the appliances area was very helpful and kind. Excellent customer service. She was patient and helpful and made sure I was able to find what I was looking for. I regret not getting her name but in today’s world it’s very difficult to get such great service. She should be commended. This was around 5:20pm on Monday November 10th, 2025.

  I had a great experience when purchasing a washer and dryer set a few weeks ago with the help of Mishra. He helped us a lot in providing us options in what to choose from from Samsung and LG. We ultimately chose the LG set and he was very patient and provided us great customer service throughout the process. Thank you again to Mishra.

  I purchased a laptop from this Best Buy in 2024. The associate who assisted me was very unprofessional and pressured me into buying an extended warranty. He offered three options (1-year, 3-year, 5-year) and insisted I purchase it immediately, assuring me I could cancel anytime. Reluctantly, I agreed to a one-year warranty. I assumed it would automatically expire after one year, but recently discovered I was still being charged, even after completing the one-year period in August. Due to a busy schedule, I couldn’t visit the store immediately. When I finally went, I was informed by customer service that my warranty was actually a 5-year plan, not one year. They helped cancel the warranty but refused to reimburse the extra three months of charges. When I escalated to a manager, instead of resolving the issue, he argued that the previous associate was no longer with Best Buy and implied it was my fault for not visiting sooner. His tone was defensive, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I trusted Best Buy to provide accurate information and customer service. I strongly urge the district manager to review this matter and reimburse the extra charges, as this situation arose from misinformation and poor handling by store staff.
