    I had a really good experience at Best Buy on Progress Ave, thanks to Mishra. They were genuinely helpful without being pushy, which is rare. I had a bunch of questions and wasn’t even fully sure what I wanted, but they took the time to explain things clearly and helped me figure out what actually made sense for me instead of just trying to sell the most expensive option. They were patient, knowledgeable, and actually listened, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they know what they’re doing and care about customer service. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location.

    This morning I went to look at a product, but since I wasn't buying it today, I asked a male staff member standing at the service desk near the entrance where he was supposed to be stationed around 11:30 AM. He answered my question very impatiently and in a very loud voice, even though I had told him I couldn't buy it today and would have to come back tomorrow because the product was too large to fit in my car. He then responded with a rude, impatient tone and loud voice. With brick-and-mortar stores finding it increasingly difficult to survive, this kind of employee is undoubtedly driving customers away. Doesn't Best Buy provide employee training? Are they letting any kind of incompetent person work here? Don't they need to respect customers who come into the store? Don't they want to make money? Is this terrible customer experience a sign they want to exit the market early? My whole day was ruined by this rude guy.

    I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Ravina. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the right purchase without any pressure. Her friendly attitude and genuine support made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like this really stands out. I truly appreciate her help and would definitely return because of it. Thank you, Ravina!

    I went and shopped at the Best Buy Store near Scarborough Town Centre today in the evening around 7 pm for 1400 dollars and the Team Lead there at the store, his name is CJ, was very rude and unprofessional in his attitude. I was Shopping with my Fairstone card and after spending 1 hour at the store when the billing started then CJ told me that I need a physical ID and when I told.him that I dont have a physical ID but I have a copy of my ID on the phone, he denied billing me even though I logged in on my phone using my fairstone user ID and password in front of him and scanned the fairstone card's barcode in front of him. He wasted one hour of mine and when i told him the same, his reply was that I wasted his time as well. This is the worst ever reply you can tell to a customer and that too from a team lead. He should be demoted or should be fired from his job as a team lead. The worst customer service ever. I asked hime to call the manager of the store but he told me that the manager is on a vacation for 1 month and that his word is the final. This guy CJ is highly unprofessional and not at all qualified to be a team lead. He never cared about me or the time spent at the store. If the owner of this Best Buy store is reading this then please call me or email me directly.

    Our TV had to be replaced and we went into Best Buy April 2, 2026 to see what they had and their price point was on LG TV's. We were met by Aron, and he proceeded to give us an expert overview of the LG TV's they had available. What we liked about Aron was, he was so up to date with all the new features that today's TV's offer, and he went through why some features were very important, and what TV's offered them. We decided to take advantage of the information he offered, and to make our deal right away, without going to other competitor's for their price point. We then moved to a better quality TV, and finalized the deal. We had come prepared to take the TV with us, and had picked up a car that would accommodate the size. Aron then suggested that we talk to Huzaifah.....who proceeded to look up our Geek Squad membership, and found out that our membership was a Level 2. He then explained that they could deliver and also set up the TV.....in a timely manner, using one of their experts. The TV was delivered and set up a few days later, and is working great. From start to finish the Best Buy experience was a pleasant one. Aron...right from the start was very knowledgeable and precise in his overview on the right TV for us, after he had asked us some key questions.......Huzaifah, then came on board and walked us through the delivery and set up options.....and the TV was delivered by two great guys, who were very polite, and courteous in their explanation and support. It's guys like Aron and Huzaifah....who's product knowledge helped us decide to close the deal with Best Buy, and not have to bother investigating other TV stores (we have worked with the Brick and Leon's in the past)....it was because of this refreshing experience that Best Buy will be the first place we start with, on our next buy....which will be soon, as we have two other TV's that are over 6 years old, that will need relacing soon........
