  “Terrible experience. I brought my laptop for repair and was quickly told it couldn’t be fixed and that I should just buy a new one. Another repair shop fixed the exact same problem. Clearly they didn’t even bother to check properly.”

  New store configuration does not have any chairs to sit on. If you are waiting for staff to configure a new phone or do an upgrade it can take sometime. Chairs are required for better customer service. We were there for over 2 hours and had to stand. Staff were very friendly but there seemed to be a lack of staff as well.

  We had an excellent experience at Best Buy Sault Ste. Marie thanks to Syeda in the Mobile department. We purchased a new phone, and she had it set up in no time. Her speed and confidence were genuinely impressive, and she made the whole process feel effortless. Syeda was incredibly patient, answered every question clearly, and made sure everything was ready to go before we left. It was such a relief to be in and out so quickly without any stress. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend seeking her out if you’re buying a phone — she’s fantastic.

  The recent refor and reorganization gave this store a much-needed face-lift. Reminds me of the way these stores used to be, very nice flow, easy to find stuff and well stocked.

  This place sucks they don’t even have a store phone number to call to see if something is in stock. Never buying anything from here. It’s all overpriced anyways.
