I was assisted by an employee name starts with R, and the level of service I received was far below what I expected. She seemed uninterested in helping, gave very minimal effort when answering my questions, and made the entire interaction feel rushed and unprofessional. Instead of taking the time to understand what I needed, he appeared distracted and dismissive, which made the process much more frustrating than it should have been. I left the store without the information or support I came for, and the overall experience was genuinely unpleasant. I hope Best Buy provides better training or supervision in this department, because customers deserve a much higher standard of service than what I experienced from an employee.

He was very knowledgeable about every product, which made our shopping experience relaxed and easy. The checkout staff and store manager were also professional, courteous, and very helpful.
