    Extremely disappointing experience at Best Buy. We went in to resolve an issue that was clearly their mistake, but the store manager, Jared, was shockingly disrespectful. He kept interrupting us, raised his voice on the phone, and showed zero willingness to listen or help. It was frustrating and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had anywhere in Canada. Ive lost a total of $700 cause of this. Based on this alone, we won’t be returning. I do want to add that the associates were very friendly and kind. As a manager, Jared was by far the worst part of the entire interaction.

    Bought a USB Drive from this store, that turned out to be defective!!! While paying for the drive, they said the about the 30 day return policy, but on the receipt it's mentioned 'cannot return once opened'! Also they argued that the drive overheating is "normal" and the transfer speed is normal for the USB 3.0😆 If anyone is thinking of buying such item, especially lower prices item, PREPARED TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

    “Terrible experience. I brought my laptop for repair and was quickly told it couldn’t be fixed and that I should just buy a new one. Another repair shop fixed the exact same problem. Clearly they didn’t even bother to check properly.”

    New store configuration does not have any chairs to sit on. If you are waiting for staff to configure a new phone or do an upgrade it can take sometime. Chairs are required for better customer service. We were there for over 2 hours and had to stand. Staff were very friendly but there seemed to be a lack of staff as well.
