    Went to trade in my phone and it took me forever because employee shubham was trying to help 3 customers together.I was first in line but he decided to make me wait and help another customer first.

    This review is in regards to a Dyson I bought back in 2019. I bought the 7-year extended warranty. Not one thing has been fixed through this warranty. Every time I've tried to send it out they just claim it looks like intentional damage no matter what the damage, and refused to fix it. Absolutely disgraceful, no integrity, no honor, just pitiful money grab On that note, I give Seven out of five Stars to the people that work at Best buy. I have only had great interactions with the people that work there and I find them all to be very helpful.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Evander who helped us with the purchase of a TV today . He helped us last year with my mom and once again he was patient , knowledgeable and kind .     This is intended for Best Buy as a whole, not necessarily the store in Sarnia itself. Cassie in pickup has tried to be helpful but can't fix a system that doesn't work! Purchased four items online. I've always picked up at the store as I don't want expensive items left on my porch. Got a call that two of my four items were at the store so I went to pick them up. They told me I shouldn't ship things to the store. Funny, the system, when I ordered, chose the store address, not me! Today I get a notice that the store refused the third item and it's being returned to seller. When I finally got through on the Best Buy chat line I was told that "Marketplace" items couldn't be shipped to the store, but they did admit that it was a Best Buy system default that caused the issue. Sadly, they'll likely return the fourth item as well today and tell me I'm the problem again. They'll take your money, but the after sales service just plain sucks, and they don't care how much it invonveniences the customer. I should have been told I couldn't, or been prevented by the system from, shipping to the store, but instead I just get to sit and wonder where the items I paid for will end up. If I'd just been informed of this "system problem" I would have simply bought my items elsewhere. I PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY, PAID BEST BUY, WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM NOW?!?!?! Just spent about 2k there and this is the service I get? Lesson learned. Here's an idea...... if you can't make Marketplace work without inconveniencing your customer, don't sell Marketplace items!

    Today a manager at this location claimed I lied about working there. Then they lied about how long they worked there. Claiming 15 years. I felt very disrespected infront of multiple other employees and customers. I'm glad I no longer have to be there, and I hope he never gets to leave. Best buy is a failing company that used to at least respect their customers, but it's clear that I won't be back. 2 stars because they had the phone case we were looking for.
