    Tried to call in to check their stock and was unable to get answer. As the customer service line has no way to get ahold of the store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Be careful who you ask for help from in this store. They might look at you like you have three heads then tell you that they don’t carry the product you’re looking for and that’s it’s online only. I know how the website works. Not to mention the product was literally in the next aisle over. Thanks for making me feel stupid. Two stars because the other employee who actually helped me find what I was looking for instead of immediately dismissing me, and the cashier were both helpful and kind to me.

    There was a misunderstanding due to a phone call I made to best buys call centre about a service I had done by geeksquad. However after voicing my concern to them and getting the matter escalated I was contacted back the same day by Justin Scharf who looked into the matter, was very professional and courteous with it as any good customer service should be. The issue was taken into consideration and resolved therefore I am changing my previous negative review to a positive one. Thats all it takes just acknowledging the issue and fixing it. Thank you and I will be back to buy more products from best buy in the future.
