  They don't let you call in anymore to speak to someone that actually knows what they are talking about. You get a call center that reads the website and can't tell you anything and won't trafer to someone who knows what they are talking about very disappointing won't be buying anything from best buy again if you can't talk to people that actually work in store

  Tried to cancel a subscription and after 3 hrs on the phone they hung up on me. Stop payments at bank does not stop them. They just change there name and keep taking you money

  So if you are going there ,and you like a product with the price mentioned and the next thing at checkout will be.. oh this is for double the price what you saw at product shelf !! .. Unprofessional and Poor customer service

  Be careful who you ask for help from in this store. They might look at you like you have three heads then tell you that they don’t carry the product you’re looking for and that’s it’s online only. I know how the website works. Not to mention the product was literally in the next aisle over. Thanks for making me feel stupid. Two stars because the other employee who actually helped me find what I was looking for instead of immediately dismissing me, and the cashier were both helpful and kind to me.
