    called best buy for service request, refers me to website and hangs up. it did offer a text link. tried link, nothing works, can not open faq, can not open service request. kind of rediculous to expect to request service on a computer if it does not work. Thank God the answered when I called back. I rebooted and that seems to have cleared the program trying to take over my computer.

    I want to be clear that the sales associates at this location were excellent. They were genuinely helpful, professional,(Jasmin, David, kevin,,,)and did everything they could to assist me. Their customer service was exactly what you would expect from a company like Best Buy. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when management became involved. The managers ( I think his name was Kelvin) were not helpful at all and handled a very minor issue poorly, turning it into a bigger problem instead of resolving it. There was a lack of care, accountability, and willingness to support the customer. Honestly, the sales associates demonstrated far better leadership and problem-solving skills than the managers. In my opinion, some of these sales associates deserve to be promoted, while management at this location seriously needs to be reconsidered or retrained. It’s disappointing when great frontline staff are let down by poor management.

    Anyone else get the Boxing Day $35 phone plan? Got charged $62, apparently there’s a one time $10 fee as well as not getting the $10 discount for pre authorization cause Best Buy asked for credit card, not banking info. Changed to my banking info so next bill should have the $10 discount. Knew this deal wouldn’t be without headache (plus the 3 hour wait), at least they hit their sign up goal, right?
