  I had an amazing experience while shopping in the store. Aiden was fantastic and helped me get an upgrade on my phone, and switch to a new provider. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident with my decisions. Josiah and Lulu were also very friendly and helpful!

  My husband and I have had Jasmin help us twice now. She has amazing customer service and hooks us up with the best deals in a timely manner. Jasmin even recognizes us when we come into the store- making us feel comfortable and welcome. I would and have recommended Jasmin and this location to others.

  Josiah was the best sales assistant, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, we are seniors who are NOT tech savvy, he was patient and guided us thru every step of purchase, setup, and answered all our questions no matter how tedious, thank you Josiah , we highly recommend this store.

  I understand that Black Friday is one of the busiest days of the year, and I was fully prepared for that. I waited more than 30 minutes in line to claim my gift card—something I was clearly told at the store where I purchased my phone could be done at any Best Buy location. But after all that waiting, the associate at this store told me I should “go to the store you bought it from” instead, simply because they were busy. When I explained I couldn’t make it back to that location and that this was the closest store to me, I was told, “It’s just down the road, you can go, right? I would recommend you go there.” Being busy doesn’t justify turning customers away or giving dismissive responses—especially when I was following instructions given by another Best Buy store. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If Best Buy says gift cards can be claimed at any location, then customers should be helped accordingly, not redirected for the store’s convenience.
