  My partner and I just picked up a MacBook Neo, and a new Microphone so I can start my voice acting career! The staff was incredibly helpful, and we both got exactly what we want! My girlfriend got the Neo to write with, and use for University as she is returning to Trent U. In a couple months, and it seems to do just the trick, and with the protection plan on it, she can trade up should she need more CPU power! I got the Hyper X quadcast II, and love both the look and more importantly sound quality I am getting from the mic. It is an easy set up, directly into my laptop, and I've already auditioned for my first 4 roles! Thanks Best Buy!

  Went in with a laptop I didn’t buy here that wouldn’t detect networks or hook up to wifi. Wasn’t sure if we needed a repair or a new laptop .Was directed to the geek squad part of the store and was seen immediately without an appointment . Within minutes the employee gave us a simple fix for 40 dollars rather than replacing the laptop. Showed us how to fix it ourselves in the future . Didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. Great service would recommend .

  I purchased an LG dishwasher for our group home, a residential facility serving adults with special needs. The unit was installed and used exactly once per day—seven cycles total—over one week. On day eight, it halted mid-cycle with an error indicating excessive moisture or suds, despite using only manufacturer-recommended pre-measured detergent pods (the kind sold in fixed-milliliter doses, not loose powder). LG’s authorized technician arrived, inspected, and immediately blamed “too much soap”—a claim that defies logic when the pods are literally engineered to prevent overdosing. No residue, no overuse, no deviation from instructions. The machine simply failed. When pressed, the second technician pivoted: “This is a group home—commercial use. Warranty void.” Yet LG happily sold us a residential model, took our payment, and delivered it without disclosure. One week. Seven loads. And now we’re told, “Nothing we can do.” This isn’t just poor engineering—it’s predatory. Vulnerable residents rely on reliable appliances for hygiene and dignity; LG’s refusal to stand behind a product after seven uses shows contempt for customers, especially those least able to fight back. If you label it residential, honor the terms. If it’s “commercial,” don’t sell it to families like ours. Avoid LG.
