  I recently needed to purchase a new work computer (which I am over the moon happy with) and a couple of accessories. Two of which need to be ordered in. After extensive research into what I needed and pricing the costs were 100's of dollars cheaper than what I could find online, and Adam and Lindsay set up my order effortlessly. When I needed an exchange on a small item due to incompatibility with my needs Lindsay took the time to set the correct item aside so my mom could pick it up with ease, and she received an immediate refund on the reduction of cost from the replaced item in store from Adam. That was a surprise to us both. My mom doesn't know much about this stuff, they made her (and my) life so much easier through their work on my behalf. 10 out of 5 stars for pricing, customer support and the superiority of product selection. I highly recommend this place for your tech needs, and thank you again Lindsay and Adam. For anything tech you will be my go to and I urge others to do the same.

  Recently I have to upgrade my old computer and the windows as Microsoft will not service what I had. So, I came to Best Buy in Perth to see what I could find for a new computer and if possible service . I have been pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and service from Aidan in not just buying what I needed but also setting up the whole system and transferring the files.

  I won't be returning here - one helpful young staff assisted me while the rest of the team discussed which seats they were buying for the hockey game that night. When It came time to pay the hockey discussing staff ignored me completely and tossed my purchase to the further cash since they were using the near cash to look at seats. Only writing this review as they have a little sign up saying they love reviews...
