My gosh! I came into the Best Buy in a complete tizzy because my phone was in management mode. Not sure exactly how I got there. I had been trying to delete some game I installed and it took over my phone. Anyway, my phone then stopped letting me do anything at all which brings me to today.
I drove an hour from home and walked into Best Buy Express and Joseph the sales consultant assisted me promptly and was just wonderful. He deleted all my games after asking me if he could do that which was a huge YES! I am so happy to report that my phone is back to normal and working perfectly. In my opinion, Joseph needs a raise! He is awesome. A zillion gold stars.

After a little glitch on my account I had to call Bell directly to be served which after my frustration I was grateful to know they were looking after our security. I then wanted to continue with my purchase of a new iPhone. I had spoken to Tim before but didn’t see him but Tauno asked me if I needed help. I can be a difficult customer at times but he was very patient and courteous, then Tim came over and helped as well in between customers. The coworker respect that I witnessed was moving, because when Tauno realized I had talked to Tim before he asked if he wanted to takeover. Tim to save disruption I’m sure said no it’s ok. They both gave in my opinion excellent customer service, if only there was more of this around. Thank you for saving the day because I was going to leave the store and go home when the process started with another associate which as mentioned above was only doing his job as well, I just didn’t like it. 😁

Tim went above and beyond to resolve my issues with Bell. I would highly recommend this store for any of your bell/electronic needs. All the employees are extremely kind and easy to deal with, especially Tim!
