  Joseph did want to be at work today, dragged his feet & complained the whole time. I felt like a burden and spent almost 2K… regret going. Not good for business. Sure it was a bad day but he needs some pep in his step. Joseph if you read this - go to the gym, find a hobby bring some spark into your life!

  My gosh! I came into the Best Buy in a complete tizzy because my phone was in management mode. Not sure exactly how I got there. I had been trying to delete some game I installed and it took over my phone. Anyway, my phone then stopped letting me do anything at all which brings me to today. I drove an hour from home and walked into Best Buy Express and Joseph the sales consultant assisted me promptly and was just wonderful. He deleted all my games after asking me if he could do that which was a huge YES! I am so happy to report that my phone is back to normal and working perfectly. In my opinion, Joseph needs a raise! He is awesome. A zillion gold stars.
