    They apparently hired a bunch of new mobile sales on commission. The chubby South Asian lady is only interested in recommending me the more expensive options and didn't give a Dan about what I need/what I said to her/what I showed her as Koodo offerings. Then she refused to waive the $80 connection fee, then trying to sell the phone protection plan at me. I took my lunch break to go there and was hoping it will be 30 mins. Took me 1.5 hrs. Had to pay the $80 connection fee simply because running late & not worth my time visiting another store for $80 savings.

    Don’t buy their warranty. I sent my controller in over six months ago, and now they’re claiming they never received it! It’s a total scam. They send you emails saying a supervisor will look over the claim and they never do what a rip off now I can’t even get my controller back ! Don’t buy a controller at this Best Buy it’s a complete joke. I still have the tracking number with ups that says received in Brampton.

    I spent 15-20 minutes in store searching for two different products and not once was I offered help. The salespeople on the floor are experts at avoiding interactions. I’ll be giving my money to Amazon. Thanks.

    The people working at the cash/customer service desk, not professional at all. I saw one of the girl, serving customers, while chewing gum. I think her name was Rawaa(not sure) but this is not professional. You guys are the face of the company, at least present yourself as a professionals.

    I stopped by to buy a laptop, and while the purchase itself was simple, I ended up waiting more than 40 minutes just for someone to bring it out from the back. The employee who helped me get the laptop was kind and professional but trying to find someone actually bring it to me was ridiculous even for him. It just felt like the process was very slow and disorganized for something that should’ve been quick. Hopefully, the store can work on improving how they handle product purchases so customers don’t have to wait so long.
