She was great at listening to my 13 year old explaining the issues he was having. She provided appropriate solution, guidance and next steps. She also began the process for our next appointment for an exchange of product with Valentino. Appreciated the patience and respect she provided to our son and ourselves. She makes us appreciate that we purchase Apple products by providing excellent service. Thanks again!

They make little to no attempt to facilitate any sort of transfer support/customer service after they made their "sale" and instead try to push you off on anyone else they possibly can. Go to any other store if possible
