    May Albitar was amazing. She was very helpful, caring and understanding to our problem with our apple product and she did everything she could to help. Although the manager lacked these qualities, May really made our experience better and we are very thankful for her. We highly recommend going to May for any issues with your Apple products at the Rideau location. She should get a promotion.

    First assistant wasn’t welcoming or nice; the second was energetic and talkative. When I decided to make a purchase, an accident outside distracted everyone, including our assistant, who seemed more interested in watching the drama than helping. The payment process was painfully slow - about 30 minutes - and very confusing. The assistant acted confident but insisted on unnecessary steps, like entering all cards (debit and credit) even if you’re only paying with one, using e-cards, and void checks. He constantly peered into my bank account "to help”, which felt invasive. He didn’t know that debit cards don’t have a CVV or that you can pay monthly plans with a credit card. When it finally came time for the down payment, my bank declined it, flagging it as suspicious - in an official Apple Store. What should have been a simple 5-minute purchase turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Apple Store staff should be more educated and know how to process payments - that’s literally their main job.

    J’ai acheté en ling un iPhone le magasin a refusé de me donner mon achats mes il on pris l’argent dans mon conte mes je répète il on pris 1780$sur mon conte et 48 h après refuse de me donne soie ma commande ou mon argent je n’irai d’autre choix de declarer fraude a ma banque si no appel rideau garde 1780 $ des vraie voleur preuve a l’appui

    Mixed experience at the Rideau store. Picked up two orders for iPhone 17 and asked for help to transfer. Some staff were helpful but disappeared. Another seemed not know what we were there for despite watching another staff member with us who subsequently disappeared - poor hand offs on the part of staff. Heard it’s very easy to do the transfer way too many times. Would happily pay for transfer assistance if that is the stumbling block. Left frustrated, won’t return

    I picked up my iPhone 17 today Dec 15, 2025 Monday around 3:45pm at the order pickup section. The male Apple representative assigned to assist me did not demonstrate the level of professionalism expected in customer service. From the start, his demeanor made it seem as though helping us was a burden. When I showed him the Apple text with my order details, he checked his device but then gestured vaguely with an open hand, leaving me unsure of what he needed. When I asked for clarification, he simply said “phone.” He appeared impatient and dismissive throughout the interaction. Even when he asked for an email, his tone came across as arrogant. My partner eventually took the phone back and pointed out the order number directly from the Apple text. While I tried to remain calm and avoid confrontation, the representative’s attitude made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Apple, please ensure your employees receive proper training and updates so they can provide clear communication and respectful service. Based on this interaction, I am leaving a negative review.
