The worst service I can imagine. It’s like a production factory. They don’t talk to you. They don’t understand you. They don’t want to know about your needs; just sell. Worst ever. If I wasn’t hooked on this product (mostly due to the still lingering works of Johnny I’ve and Steve Jobs), I would be runnning to Samsung.
