  I waited over 30 minutes to have someone open up a locked case so I could buy some headphones. Ended up just leaving the store as I was ignored by 7 different staff that only seemed interesting in helping/talking to women

  I placed an online order because the website clearly stated that the item was available for same-day pickup, with the only requirement being to wait for the “order ready” confirmation email. Unfortunately, that email never arrived the same day. I went to the store in person to ask about it, and I was told that online orders can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be processed, even when the item is physically available in the same store and just needs to be picked from the floor. This completely defeats the purpose of offering a same-day pickup option online. If I had known this in advance, I would have simply bought the item directly in store and saved time. The store had plenty of employees, yet the online order process still couldn’t be handled efficiently. Best Buy should be more transparent about pickup timelines on their website or improve how online orders are processed at the store level. Next time, I’ll stick with Amazon for convenience and reliability.
