  I went to value my phone ,David was so rood,he diagnosed my phone after he was saying to me phone value was not accurate,we waste my 45 min time and open my screen protector ,he also telling me he don’t care customer ,he has many customers,

  I bought a new iphone 17 from here back in december and a lady called khadija helped me out. She was so sweet and so helpful with everything.

  this the worst phone company and customer service i’ve ever had to deal with. i went to the bayshore location over a week ago now to fix the back glass on my pink iphone 16 plus i was told they do not have the part and that it would take 3-5 business days for the part to come in an 2-3 business days for a brand new phone to be sent to me (when i called apple support i was told its actually not a brand new phone and it is someone else’s refurbished iphone) -they did not make this clear to me at all or i would’ve just refurbished my own phone i asked them do you not carry this phone here they said yes we do but we can’t give it to you they will have to ship it to you to since it’s accidental damage and not water damage i’m two seconds away from throwing my phone in water and getting a replacement since that’s apparently the only time they will replace your phone with a brand new one this seems like a big waste of time and waste of gas to get there as well they can easily look up what they have in store i don’t know why they would tell me to go back if they cannot give me a new phone or replacement part in store. i’ve been waiting for this “new phone” for over a week now and when i called they told me “we do not carry this phone right now” and it will be over a month wait…im sitting here writing this with my hand hurting from all of the shattered glass in them. i don’t understand how you aren’t carrying one of the most popular colours in this iphone. i’m never going to be buying an iphone again i paid over 1500 + 200 dollars in apple care for this phone my entire family only buys iphones and macbooks when this phone arrives i will be selling it. along with my band new macbook and my parents will be aswell. horrible company with horrible customer service. do not buy a phone from this company they stop working after two years anyways.

  This review is directed at Apple, the company, as opposed to this specific store. The staff were professional when they assisted me. I purchased the newest Airpods and Apple care plus in the last year. Sadly, despite my best efforts to find their case, it is now missing. I am aware that Applecare does not currently cover lost or stolen items. I accept that it was my fault that the case missing. My negative review comes from a place of disappointment that Apple does nothing in the way of discounts to support long term, loyal customers. Despite having proved that I own multiple Apple devices and have purchased Apple devices for decades, I will be required to pay full price ($129.00) for a new case. Apparently, Applecare in the US does cover some or all of the product for loss or theft. Secondly, I rely on the AirPods for accessibility so that I can access loud environments. I understand that there are other products out there that assist people with disabilities to manage hearing challenges and I might have selected those instead. However, I am a loyal Apple customer and when Apple highlighted their noise cancelling features, this was the best choice for me. I heard directly from the owner of this store that some of the employees use these devices for that reason. Apple stores are not a quiet environment. Sadly, Apple does not offer a program in Canada for individuals that might reduce the cost who need this feature to accommodate disabilities. While I am responsible for losing the case, I also believe that Apple, as a business, should consider how they treat loyal clients and how accessible their store and products are for Canadians.
