This was surprising, as I had previously used Bell services. However, I discovered from the Bell store across the hall, Best Buy Express had deliberately misled me to prevent me from receiving gift cards. I was unaware of any gift cards in the first place. My sole requirement was internet service. It appears that this is a recurring issue, as I was informed that I am not the only customer who has experienced this problem with Best Buy Express. This is likely the most unprofessional Best Buy Express location in all of Ontario. I definitely do not recommend going to this location. I would also like to add that this particular store will inform you that they are submitting a quote for you, but then they proceed to take your ID’s and place an order. This is not a quote; it is a scam. I hope that someone from head office will take action. Someone needs to be held accountable for the inaccurate information and judgment I received.
