Online help is useless, the "real agent" spits back a bot answer that ignores the question and directs you to call the 866 number with a 25min wait time. Selling a $600 watch apparently isn't worth 1 minute of an employees time. Didn't want to waste the time driving to store for nothing.

Instead of helping, they just kept saying “it’s over there” and pointed, even though the item was clearly not available on the shelf. They also refused to check or pick it from the back. No effort, no proper assistance, and very unprofessional.

Had my kids wait near the front of the store as its a gift for them and I waited my the check out desk, numerous workers saw me waiting there and completely ignored me and went on to help others, it was clear I needed assistance as I was waiting right at the checkout desk( where the was 2 workers behind the desk) I didnt even bother to ask them for help after 10 minutes. I took my kids and left, will make my purchases elsewhere.
