  I recently bought 2 TVs and a sound bar at this store, I dealt with Shane, he gave me great advice and I was able to purchase quality products at an affordable price, super pleased, thank you Shane and Best Buy

  In-store experience was satisfactory, however my need to visit involved cancelling my membership, after a home appointment was a no-show, the issue escalated, and still no call & no attendance. The membership was a failure. Going to the store to cancel in-person, I was deferred to another number. That's when I demanded a refund. Money refunded, done. Wasn't that easy??

  I bought an iPad last Christmas online from best buy and guess what they shipped me 128 ram against my order of 256 ram!!!!On December 26 or 27 I went to Oshawa best buy and told him to give me the right product.the guy and girl said you have to go to ajax location to get it exchanged!!!! BS!!!! Who is going to pay for my gas to come to them and return it.if I had to come to store why would I ordered it online in the first place????? The next day I went to ajax.the staff highly unprofessional no greetings and professional sayings " hi how can I help you".they just want the money and not do their job at all. They never offered me any compensation for two times coming to their store at different locations nor they offer me any apology. Extremely pathetic service and disgusting experience with them!!!!

  Buyer beware. I ordered a two pack of computer monitors from the best buy site. Did not realize it was being sold by another company AB Cellular through the site. The item was due to delivery almost 5 days after ordering. We desperately needed the monitors since ours broke. When it was due to arrive we got notice that there was a delay. Then I received notice it would arrive the next day (day 6 or 7). At 8:30pm we watched the delivery guy park outside our house for a good 10 mins looking around in the back of his truck for i assume our package then drove away no package received. The next day I was notified that there was a issue with the address. The address was 100% correct as written and clearly since the driver was here the night before it was correct. When I called I was told yes the address is correct but there was a issue locating item. We were told it would be another 5-7 days before it would be straightened out. I could not wait over 3 weeks for this item so I said when you find it return to sender I would need to go purchase elsewhere. I told AB Cellular what happened they said no problem I would get a refund when the item came back. Over a month has gone by and I still have no refund. Ab Cellular said they just received the item back from the delivery company (over a month later) and now the want to deduct return shipping fees. I told them clearly the shipping company they chose lost the item and they should have to deal with them for price correction, they have told me no, reture shipping is on me (which this is the first anyone has told me this even though we have been talking back and forth for over a month on my refund) I think this is so fraudulent. I am so dissapointed in best buy for selling items through their site by shady companies. So if you are buying off the best buy site be aware you may not really be shopping at best buy and may get screwed.
