Expérience très frustrante au magasin Best Buy d’Orléans (chemin Mer Bleue).
Commande en ligne pour une TV Roku 43". Lors du retrait, on m’a remis une 40" par erreur.
Après être revenu au comptoir, j’ai dû parler à 3 employés différents, et chacun m’a affirmé que le modèle 43" n’était pas en stock et que ma commande allait être annulée.
Après plus de 45 minutes perdues, le téléviseur a finalement été retrouvé et remis, ce qui montre un sérieux manque de communication et de vérification interne.
Beaucoup de temps perdu pour une erreur qui venait du magasin.
J’espère que la direction prendra ce commentaire au sérieux.

I was there last month. One of the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. 👍Though the shop didn't have the model of the thing I was looking for, I ended up getting another model that has all the features I needed and within my budget. The service was also really fast. I would recommend asking the staff there for advice. The one I talked to was Steven. ✨

I purchased a kobo libra Dec 7 2025 and the sales men told me that the stylist came with it. I said are you sure and he said yes. When I got home and opened the box and to my surprise there was no stylist. I drove back and spoke with manager and explained what I was told
He said after checking his phone that it did not come with stylist and that the sales men made a error and if I wanted one I should go buy one then turned his back to me and walked away. I have never been dealt with such a rude Manager.
