    A month ago I went into Best Buy to purchase a product for my business... I had previously went to Merivale Rd location... but at this location the big difference was the manager "TAUSEFF" who helped me purchase a different business product and also spent over 45 minutes making sure it connected to my phone... and then I was extra impressed when the product I bought was not connecting to my iPhone promptly and immediately got one of his geek squad employees "TALABEH" and both of them worked another 30 minutes making sure my iPhone connected to the business product I bought. And there was no discussion of any extra charges and they both spent over an hour with me service like this is platinum and excellence and these total employees made the world a difference for me👍😀 Both these two excellent people help me in a way that I can only describe as "A+" plus excellence !!!!! and I'm gonna make sure all my business clients over 85,000 of them in Ottawa always take their business to Best Buy in Orleans .... So this makes one of the easiest five star reviews I've ever done !!! Five STAR A+++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you to both of you for going above and beyond every step of the way I will send all my business clients to your store forever for this excellent service experience 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

    Je vois que c’est le même constat pour d’autres personnes. J’ai acheté un produit en ligne et choisie l’option ramassage. Arrivés au magasin et me dirige vers le comptoir pickup on ligne order, une personne avant moi, j’attends!!! Après une éternité l’employé me dit je reviens dans une minute, Après 30 minutes rien, je me décide d’interrompre un autre employé pour récupérer ma commande elle me dit attendez et la j’ai explosé. Je réclame mon produit et enfin je le récupère au bout de 40min, ce n’est tout simplement pas normal alors qu’il y’a une bonne trentaine d’employés dont 10% travaillent et les autres vont et viennent sans rien faire Crazy and last time ever

    Good selection, but: - I wanted to browse, staff were quite pushy asking what I wanted - They told me headphones were in two aisles, when in reality they were spread across five - Dozens of staff on the floor, friendly and helpful, but almost no one at checkout. It took several minutes to find my headphones at checkout.

    Every time I go here it’s a total disappointment. The customer service is terrible, and they don’t know how to deal with people purchasing with cash. They also claimed a refund would take 15 minutes to process, when I know for a fact that is not true. Can’t justify going to this location anymore.

    Came in this past Saturday to grab a PS5 game. Online showed two, nothing on the shelf, I started thinking oh no, I’m going to be driving store to store, until Sofia came over and asked me if I needed assistance, I mentioned what I was looking for, and she went to find it. She found it quickly, and cashed me out right away. Thank you for your quick and efficient customer service.
