  Great place for electronics, you get a chance to speak to a sales person who will assist you and help you get what you need. Love this place!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. The customer service was extremely poor — staff were unhelpful, inattentive, and did not seem interested in assisting customers at all. I felt ignored and frustrated throughout my visit. One employee, NANVEET, was especially rude and made the experience even more unpleasant with her attitude and lack of professionalism. On the other hand, Jack was the only one who made the experience better. He was kind, helpful, and respectful — exactly the type of employee this store needs more of. Thank you, Jack. For a store of this reputation, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic customer service standards. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.

  Lors de ma visite au magasin Best Buy d’Orléans (chemin Mer Bleue), j’ai eu l’occasion de retirer ma commande en ligne pour une TV Roku 43". Le personnel a travaillé avec diligence pour s’assurer que je reparte avec le bon modèle, et j’ai finalement pu recevoir mon téléviseur après quelques vérifications. L’expérience m’a permis de constater l’engagement des employés à résoudre les situations et à aider les clients, même lorsqu’il faut passer par plusieurs étapes pour garantir que tout soit en ordre. C’est rassurant de savoir que l’équipe est prête à prendre le temps nécessaire pour offrir un service complet et satisfaisant. Dans l’ensemble, Best Buy reste un endroit fiable pour ses produits et son service, avec un personnel attentif qui veille à ce que chaque client reparte avec ce dont il a besoin.

  Completely disappointed just purchased a $4,000 TV from Best Buy tried to call and find out what the best sound system would be for that TV and the lady at Best Buy told me that the store doesn't answer calls and that she has no information about the products that they sell this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard

  One of the worst location! guys at checkout have no idea how to process the transaction always calling some other employees for help and taking tons of time.
