I would give a zero if it were an option. I ordered a JBL shower speaker online. It was on sale for $39.99. I rec'd a call on Friday saying that it was available for pickup. I asked if I could pick it up on Monday since the location is close to my work and not my home. I was told by the associate that I spoke with that "yes" since it was still within "three" business days. I then received an email on Sunday evening saying that my order was cancelled. I called back to follow up and was told that the policy for pick up for online orders is three actual days, not three business days, and I would have to re-order the speaker, however it would cost me $10 more because the item was no longer on sale. They spoke with a manager who would not approve purchase at the sale price. Really? Best Buy could not honour a $10 discount when I was given incorrect information by one of their employees? What is wrong with this world?

Horrible experience!!!! Best buy marketplace, don't waste your time and money. Customer service takes a week to get a hold of anyone and the products don't work. They sent a replacement and it doesn't work. The first day i got the replacement and it won't charge. That was a week ago and I still haven't hread from them. Thanks Best Buy for screwing me over. It's gonna be two months of going back and forth and still have no computer.

This is the best Best Buy store ever. The staff is very helpful. Amazing phone plans with Best Buy gift cards. Yesterday Christian helped me get the best deal with Rogers.
