Just visited Newmarket store to purchase a camera worth more than $1000 but apparently BestBuy is so cheap that they don’t have any cameras on display or to view before you purchase, so I decided to take my $ somewhere else. I think GREED is the #1 reason why big stores are closing.

Just try to call the store directly, good luck! No number for the store itself just a call centre. IF they connect you somehow nobody will answer.
Update: The store replied to this review below with a website that STILL doesn't provide a store-specific phone number!

Hello, Larissa is the sales associate in Best Buy Orillia store. When I arrived a man there did not want to take the time with me to service my screen for my phone. He was just starting his break. Micheal on the other hand has been my best advice guy in Best Buy for over 25 years he was at the service desk when I arrived and is always a pleasure to talk to and he had been the one to ask if Jacob would you look after this ladies since he was just standing close by then he looked at me ...he rolled his eyes and said I am soon starting my break, by now I wanted to leave . Larissa to the rescue piped up and said she will do it. Micheal smiled at her and off I went to have a new screen cover put on my new phone that was purchased at Best Buy on line website. When Larissa took this task on, she had never used the stores new machine to print out a sheet of screen cover designed for each model of phone. Larissa was a delight to talk to while she performed this taste for me, later she shared its the first time she had used that machine, with a big smile from ear to ear trying to figure out a machine that only one other person in the store knew how to do this task. Not one minute did she show that she did not know how to do this new process & she had never been shown how the new equipment worked. Larissa will help you out with your inquiries. I believe in telling people about good service and I never talk about bad service because basically you have lost my attention.
