  Went there for some assistance with my phone, was told by the employee working at the Geek Squad desk that I could just do it in my own online (I had already tried this, but as my screen was broken I was unable to get the texted code to fix my problem). I told him this and he told me to try again. Went back home and figured I would give it a go once more with no luck. Went to Rogers and they were able to solve my problem within 10mins. When I asked the guy at Rogers if the person at Best Buy could have helped me with this, he said yes either the Geek Squad guy or anyone working in the mobile phone section. Needless to say I don’t recommend going to Best Buy for your technical issues.

  I went to the store today to upgrade my phone. My provider was offering me special deals to upgrade, but it wasn't coming up in their system. Christian phoned the provider and had to deal with them for over 30 minutes. He clearly communicated that my offer and their information offers me a deal, but Virgin would not honor that deal. His professionalism and patience was very much appreciated. Even though I didn't get my phone, I was very impressed with is knowledge and time. He also gave me steps on how to deal with this going forward.

  I bought a computer through a express best buy in parry sound after 3 months I started recieving issues with no help from them whatsoever.. This location however took care of me did everything they could possibly to do take care of me as a customer. They went above and beyond for me replaced the system when the issue couldn't get resolved and took my frustrations seriousely. I felt heard I felt valued and respected. I ended up buying new wireless headphones and a new phone through them. I really appreciate this store and its employees.

  Walked in to look at speakers. Was greeted at the door by a woman who showed me to the speakers on display. She couldn’t connect the one I was interested in to demonstrate it and then just walked away. I thought she was coming back to help us with other options but no she just abandoned me! I found out later she is the manager! If the manager gives that kind of dreadful service imagine the example it sets for the rest of the staff.

  Just had a horrible experience at Best Buy in Orillia after trying to find a staff to help me find something they ignored me and spoke to every other customer even when I had entered the store first. One worker even stopped eye contacted, walked away and helped another person. I’ve been so disappointed every time I come to this Best Buy only. Final straw you’re better off at staples or Walmart or anywhere else
