    I had an extremely disappointing experience today at the Best Buy Winston Park location. I went to the store on the last eligible day to return my phone, clearly explaining this from the beginning. The sales associate who helped me, Feizi and hussain, was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided incorrect and misleading information throughout the process. He kept me waiting for almost an hour, and only after wasting my time told me that he “couldn’t do anything,” which later turned out to be false. Because of his lack of knowledge, poor attitude, and failure to properly assist me on a time-sensitive issue, I ended up suffering a financial loss of approximately $1,100. This situation was completely avoidable with accurate information and basic customer service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Best Buy. I strongly do not recommend this location, and I hope management takes staff training and hiring much more seriously, because this level of service seriously damages customer trust.

    Best Buy stole $112 from me, I'm actually considering making a police report. I bought a product online in November, hadn't recieved it by mid December so I followed up. They told me it was due to a delivery error, and they would try to send it again. Almost a week later I still hadn't received it, so I called again. This time they told me my delivery was cancelled, and I would get my money back eventually. I told them the product was a Christmas gift for my son and I needed it, to which they responded "you can go buy it in store". So I would have to spend ANOTHER $112. There was limited stock, and none available at stores near me, so I asked them to have the store hold the product for me, to which they said "no". Now on January 2nd, they still have not refunded me, so today I inquired again. Best Buy is now expressing deep concern, and have asked me to wait another 5-7 business days while they "investigate". I'm doubtful they will ever give me my money back at this point. Even if they had given my money back when they said they would, they treated me like garbage the whole way through. I used to work for Best Buy, and I loved it, but that was twenty years ago and we NEVER treated people like this.

    OMG... What a great experience! I purchased a 65" Television on Christmas Day Online at Boxing Day Prices, and was hoping for the best, knowing it would be a mad house on Boxing Day. 4:15am on Boxing Day I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. I rolled in at about 3pm and followed the numerous signs to "order pickup", and was also guided by someone standing near the door. After verifying my ID, I was directed to back my car up to the front door and wait. Almost as soon as I had my car in park, two people rolled my new Television out the door and loaded it into my vehicle for me. I was completely blown away. They were prepared for a super-busy day... and prepared to provide outstanding customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I also love my new television, but ordering/picking up was the best part of the transaction.

    *DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY* I paid for same day delivery directly from best buy - not a merchant via 3rd party delivery service - received my items 3 days later. I purchased a physical gift card (a present for my nephew) only to the order split into two seperate orders, and have it sent from Vancouver BC!!! No transparency on their website explaining this would happen, until I received a 2nd confirmation email HOURS LATER. Customer service is filled with idiots that do not honour or care about honouring your money, time or even their own policies!

    I recently purchased 2 TV’s at Best Buy, Winston Park Drive, Oakville: Sony Bravia 65" XR8B Series 4K UHD HDR OLED Smart Google TV (K65XR8B) for my family room and TCL 65" QM7K Series 4K UHD HDR QD-Mini LED Smart Google TV (65QM7K) for my entertainment room in my basement, and my experience was exceptional thanks to the support from Dar and the store manager, Aktan. From the moment I entered the store, Dar was incredibly warm and welcoming. His in-depth knowledge about the various TV models enabled him to provide tailored recommendations that perfectly matched my needs. Dar patiently answered all my questions, educating me about the latest features and technologies, making me feel confident in my purchasing decision. What truly impressed me was the assistance from Aktan, the store manager. He was beyond helpful, ensuring that the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Aktan’s leadership and commitment to customer service were evident, as he actively ensured that all staff were providing top-notch service.
