    Zen (the advisor)you were amazing! If the manager is seeing this he needs a appreciation. He was on his toes to help us find the right tech. Very helpful and fast. He needs to get a raise. This branch is much better than mississauga(heartland) once. We were greated at entrance and was immediately directed to the right spot Zen👏

    I had a really great experience buying my iPhone 17 Pro at Best Buy. Hassan and Andrijana were both so helpful and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process simple. They also helped me get a better phone plan, which was a nice bonus. Everything went smoothly, and I left feeling happy and confident about my purchase. Definitely recommend this location — Hassan and Andrijana were awesome🤍

    I recently placed an online order for in-store pickup of a brand-new computer. The item was sold out for shipping, but the website indicated that there was one unit available for pickup at the Best Buy location in Oakville. Excited about the purchase, I decided it would be worth the two-hour drive to pick it up. I completed the purchase online and shortly after received a confirmation email stating that my order was ready for pickup and would be held for three days. The next morning, eager to get the computer, I drove two hours in poor weather conditions along Highway 401 to the store. Upon arrival, I spoke with a customer service representative who informed me that the computer was not actually in stock at their location. This was extremely frustrating, as I had received confirmation that the item was ready for pickup. I asked whether the order could be changed to home delivery to avoid making another long trip. Initially, I was told this would be possible, but I was then informed that the product was completely sold out and that the original availability had been the result of a system glitch. As a result, I left the store empty-handed after spending significant time and effort traveling there. To make matters worse, the computer had been on sale at the time of purchase, but by the time this issue occurred, the sale had ended. Later that day, when I checked the website again, the product was once again listed as available for in-store pickup. I hope Best Buy can address these inventory and system issues to prevent similar situations for other customers. This experience was disappointing and frustrating, and I encourage others to exercise caution when placing online pickup orders.
