    I had a genuinely great experience during my visit for the VIP Black Friday promotion. I purchased four items and the entire team made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-handled. Ashly was the first person to greet me — she was friendly, welcoming, and set a positive tone right from the start. Amr assisted me with choosing a laptop based on my needs. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and went over the extended plans without any pressure. I really respect that he was informative rather than pushy. Since I wanted all four items on one bill and needed to finance them, the transaction became a bit complicated, but Amr remained patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. To wrap everything up, Rayan stepped in to review and finalize the bill. He double-checked every detail to make sure everything was accurate before completing the transaction, which gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. Overall, I’m very impressed with the level of customer service from the entire team. Each person played a part in making this experience smooth, respectful, and efficient. Highly recommended!

    ask an employee if he can open the display to the phone cases he said he could then tells me he will call someone to open it. second employee helps then when i go to checkout he gets nabbed by otger customers it took 30 mins to make a simple purchase of a tablet case

    We had a very negative experience with one of the store associates, Assistant Lead Mohsin. We were dissatisfied with the service provided. He escalated the situation by making a sarcastic remark, saying ‘you have a lot of integrity.’ During the conversation, he slammed the phone on the desk, walked away, and said he was busy with another client and didn’t have time to assist us. He also told us we would have to wait 72 hours. His comments were unprofessional, and we were shocked by how he handled the situation. Fortunately, the team lead eventually assisted us and resolved the issue. However, this level of customer service is unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this store.

    This has been, without question, one of the most infuriating and incompetent experiences I’ve ever had with any retailer — and certainly the worst with Best Buy. We purchased a stove, only to receive a damaged and unusable piece of junk. The delivery was scheduled between 2–5 PM, yet the driver randomly called at 11:15 AM saying he’d be there in five minutes — completely ignoring the confirmed time window. This level of disorganization is unbelievable for a company of this size. When we contacted customer service about the broken stove, the representative bluntly admitted that Best Buy doesn’t even inspect products before delivery. That single statement says everything about how poorly managed and careless this company has become. We clearly requested a full refund, but instead, Best Buy proceeded with an exchange without our consent. To make matters worse, we were later informed that a replacement was already scheduled for delivery — despite us repeatedly stating we did not want one. Every interaction — from delivery to customer service — exposed nothing but confusion, miscommunication, and total lack of accountability. The entire team seems clueless, untrained, and indifferent to customers’ time or frustration. Best Buy used to stand for reliability. Now it stands for chaos, negligence, and broken promises.
