  Markus assisted me in purchasing a new cell phone. Bright young man with tons of patience. As a retired teacher I rate him an A+. Markus made shopping at Best Buy an absolute pleasure!!! Will look for Markus again when I return to Best Buy.

  I recently had an in-home desktop PC installation by a Geek Technician from the Best Buy on Winston Park, and the experience was excellent. The Geek Squad technician, Mitchell, was incredibly dedicated, honest, and deeply knowledgeable about his craft. He patiently answereed all of my questions and ensured everything was set up perfectly. I highly recommend their services, especailly for those who aren't familiar with the ins and outs of technology. Mitchell was truly exceptional; if you need reliable, professional tech support, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Mitchell for your tremendous help!

  Had great experience with my exchange and great costumer service especially Tammy and Pierre. I had no hope to get the exchange but they made it possible for me. End of the day happy costumer:)

  On April 9, I came in around 3 pm to pick up a freezer. I go to the appliance department and notice the employee is dealing with other customers, so I wait for him to finish. He then asks what I’m looking for, I show the freezer on my phone and without even checking, he immediately says it’s not in stock. I tell him there’s 3 available. He then tells me to go to customer service and ask them. Customer service tells me the guy in the appliance department will help me. Customer service calls him and asks if he’s free to help. After 15 mins, someone finally comes over to help me. The appliance department employee needs to be retrained. I understand you’re busy with other customers, but don’t try to lie and say it’s not in stock, just to get rid of me. He could have called someone else to help me, but he wanted to be lazy and make me run in circles.

  I had a Fabulous Experience at Best Buy yesterday! I luckily got one of my favourite people to help me, who coincidentally has helped me before! Anzil always has the Best Advice! She is so knowledgeable and made the purchase of a new iPadPro easy! I have always had great help at this Location. it is the closest to me and its the one that is my Go To! if you ever get to interact with Anzil, you won’t be disappointed!Highly recommend going in there for service! The fellow at the door was so good too!! Debbie F
