  I went to the Best Buy in another mall to return a smartwatch that I got as a Christmas gift. There was no issue with the return as the watch hadn't been used, was still in the original packaging and fell within the return policy date and regulation specifications. Unfortunately, I didn't have the original credit card that the watch was purchased on so my sister ended up taking it to the Best Buy Express in Fairview Mall. This time, the customer service employee was rude and argumentative. She accused my sister of using the watch and demanded that she take it home to charge it before deciding if she would even process the refund. How is it not possible for them to charge a smartwatch in an electronics store? Perhaps it's just this employee or maybe this express location doesn't value customer service. Either way, I'd suggest avoiding this location.

  I visited this location to set up a phone plan and had one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had. The store “manager” barely spoke throughout the interaction and did not explain the process verbally at any point. He was on the phone half of the time and basic steps were not communicated, which made it difficult to understand what was happening or ask questions. Instead of walking me through the steps, I was repeatedly asked to hand over my phone so he could check/complete them himself which felt very unprofessional .

  I have dealt with a person ’Khyati’ from Best-buy FairView Mall, and got a very good deal in purchasing a phone line with a smart phone Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra financing option, after I spent dealing with multiple phone dealers a week, including my existing network loyalty team, I am pretty sure, no one has this deal price in the market, she went beyond with her service/limits and offered us a great price and all the process was smooth, transparent and quick.

  I had a great experience with Romit! He gave excellent customer service from start to finish and made everything easy. He took the time to explain the options, helped us choose the right phone, and made sure we got the best deal available — including gift cards and additional promotions. Romit was professional, friendly, and really went the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and helpful experience.

  One of the worst experiences I have had recently with their sales representative, Kashika, gave us false assurances to increase the sale. I took the iPhone 17 Pro Max on lease, and the agreed device payment was $43. However, the amount shown on the contract was $52.85. When I raised this concern at the time of signing, she convinced me that the amount would be automatically adjusted on a monthly basis and it’s included taxes but Unfortunately, this was not true. When I received my bill, it still reflected $52.85 plus taxes. Giving false assurances just to make a sale is unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this experience and would highly not recommend this store
