  I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel it should be shared. I purchased a USB-C wired earphone from this store, and the product was physically defective — the connector could not fit into any of my standard USB-C devices. This is a clear manufacturing issue, not a hygiene or “open-box” issue. When I came to the store to explain the problem, the Indian girl (a tall girl at her mid 20s or 30s) who served me had extremely poor communication skills. From the start, she showed a dismissive attitude, cold facial expressions, and even a slight smirk. She repeatedly interrupted me, insisted she could not do a return or refund due to “open-box” status, and seemed unwilling to listen or help resolve the issue. I was polite the entire time, yet she behaved as if she did not care at all. Her manager (Darshan) later came over, understood the situation immediately, and approved a return via gift card. Even after her own manager clarified the policy and instructed her to process the return, the associate still looked visibly unhappy and continued with the same negative attitude. I appreciate the manager for stepping in and handling the situation professionally, but the initial communication from the front-line associate was unprofessional enough that it left a very poor customer experience.
