  Today we visited Best Buy at Centerpoint Mall and signed up for a new Virgin Plus plan for my wife. We had the pleasure of meeting Jamil, and the experience was truly outstanding. Jamil is an excellent customer service representative—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. What made our interaction even more special was how warmly he connected with us. Even though English is commonly spoken here, he spoke in a way that felt familiar and comfortable to us. Being from Pakistan and us from India, there was an instant sense of connection, and he treated us like family throughout. We genuinely enjoyed our time speaking with him. He provided us with the best plan and explained everything clearly and patiently. His approach is exactly what great customer service should look like—welcoming, knowledgeable, and personal. Whenever we visit Centerpoint Mall, we will definitely stop by to see Jamil again. We highly recommend that anyone visiting Best Buy connect with him for assistance—you won’t be disappointed.
