Her explanation was clear, concise and perfectly aligned with our expectations. She took the time to truly understand our needs and guided us toward the option that suited us best. By the end of the interaction, we were completely confident about our choice. This was actually the second time Michelle assisted us, and both times we walked out with not just a purchase, but a genuinely great customer service experience.
