Angela and the Lead Genius (also named Angela—what a powerhouse duo!) took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clear up all the confusion, and seamlessly complete the exact repair my phone needed. They were professional, patient, and genuinely committed to getting everything right. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling completely taken care of. This was easily one of the best Apple Store experiences I’ve ever had. Huge thank you to Angela and the Lead Genius Angela for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a really positive one! Highly recommend this location.
