I went in for help with my iPhone and they explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure everything was working perfectly. I also went to see the new iPhone 17’s since I am a huge Apple Fan and loved the experience and ability to sit and use the newest iPhone! The store is bright, clean, and always feels organized even when it’s busy. You can tell the team here genuinely cares about helping customers. Definitely one of the best Apple Store experiences I’ve had!
- KBKeir BroadfootOct 8, 20251.0Disappointing experience - needed help to get an iPad reset that was disabled by Apple. Apple phone support tried nothing and then referred me to the 'genius bar' which was an hour away from my home. The first technician tried to immediately tell me that it was hardware issue but did not run a diagnostic when he could not put it into restore mode. Also did not understand how to put it into diagnostic mode despite being told how. Second technician was very knowledgeable and did let me show them how to put it into diagnostic mode but was then called away. First technician refused to troubleshoot further and tried to sell me a new iPad immediately after. You are better off finding a 3rd party repair shop.
