- KKK kry3 days ago1.0horrible service. They sent my wife and I to Markham Apple for a screen repair. Since they Apperntly had none in stock…. We went to Markham by the time they finished the repair it would be to late… so they told us they will call Newmarket Apple. they will contact use when they have the screen in stock for us to come in. 2 weeks go by. Nothing no call.. so I call Apple customer service after almost 2 hours I found out that Apperntly we were so post to just go in to Newmarket Apple. They already had the screen…. So why would they send us waste our time going all the way to Markham . And not even contact us they have the part ready for us…. Apperntly we were so post to already know. After sending us to another location… so now we have to start this whole process over again since they don’t give out inventory stock over the phone…

He didn’t even wait for me to back up my old phone properly before pushing me to move on. I felt pressured, ignored, and stressed the whole time instead of supported. Buying a new phone should be smooth and reassuring this was the complete opposite. It was confusing, frustrating, and honestly a nightmare experience. If you ever plan to buy anything from the Apple Store and want a decent experience, avoid Victor at all costs. If you don’t want to turn a simple purchase into a nightmare, do not deal with him.
