    I had an amazing experience at this store today! Matt helped me get set up with a new IPhone 17 and he was phenomenal! He took the time to show me some fun features included in the phone and had my friend and I laughing along the way. Highly recommend!!

    The guys at this store are absolutely amazing, every single one of them! From the salesperson who helped us with our purchase to the technicians. My kids completely overloaded their phones' storage, and the team helped us fix everything. They were incredibly patient with both of my kids—when one method didn't work, they just tried another. Honestly, after this experience... I think I might become an Apple customer myself and get a laptop (and I'm totally an Android person 😅😜). I highly recommend the entire team!

    I’ve been a loyal customer of this specific Apple Store for over 10 years, which is why this experience was especially frustrating and disappointing. I was clearly told at the Apple Store that I could get my sons phone fixed within a year at no cost. Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the repair. To my shock, I was later billed $800 with no proper explanation. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff were unhelpful and didn’t take responsibility for what I was originally told. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this felt misleading and unfair. Long-time customers should be treated with honesty and respect, not surprised with huge charges after being told otherwise. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in Apple, and I’m now reconsidering continuing with their products.

    We decided to upgrade from an Iphone 12 to a 17 pro and were lucky enough to be helped by Joseph. He was knowledgeable, personable and set up everything for us. We received amazing service and were very impressed. He is a great asset to Apple Canada. Well done!!!

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing an iPhone and screen protector from the Apple Store. At the time of purchase, I was offered a “guarantee” on the screen protector. The sales representative clearly told me that if anything happened—like cracks or damage—I could simply come back to the store for a replacement. There was no mention that this guarantee was actually handled by a third party. When my screen protector cracked and I returned to the store, I was surprised to be told that they couldn’t help me at all. Instead, I was directed to contact Belkin, as the guarantee supposedly belongs to them—not Apple. This was never explained to me during the purchase. I attempted multiple times to contact Belkin, but received no response. Two months ago, I even placed two replacement orders through them—and to this day, I have not received anything. This feels like clear misrepresentation. If the guarantee is not handled in-store, that should be made absolutely clear upfront. Customers should not be misled into believing they can rely on the store for support when that is not the case. In the end, I had no choice but to go to another store and pay out of pocket for a new screen protector. I strongly advise all customers: ask detailed questions, read all terms carefully, and if a salesperson makes promises, get them in writing before completing your purchase. Very frustrating experience.
