Yesterday I popped into this location to look at some upgrades as well as possibly have my screen protector replaced as I am paying the 9.99 fees and it's part of the service. The indian male with the glasses and the female with the nose piercing (also indian) weren't aware that I understand their language and the male proceeded to mock me. This is how it played out. The female asked me if I needed help and I politely said I was just looking. The male then said to her in hindi "he's not from our side, he's from the opposite side" and then gestured with a limp wrist as to mock my non gender conforming presence as a Queer individual. I had my headphones on but no music so he might have thought A) i wouldn't have heard and or B) i wouldn't have understood the language he was speaking. Someone should speak to both of them about life in Canada.

After I paid 10$ for the screen installation, they badly installed my screen protector while not knowing how to use the screen protector and now it does not cover the whole screen, there is a tiny spot left unprotected at the top of the screen and its an eyesore for me. When I asked them to fix it they said I would have to buy a new screen protector. At costco the installation would have been for free and the quality of the service is a lot better.
