    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I purchased a TV during Best Buy’s Early Black Friday sale, and the order is now more than 10 days past the promised delivery date. The only communication method is messaging the Marketplace seller, and every reply takes 2–3 days just to say they are “working on it.” No tracking updates, no estimated delivery, no real explanation. It should not be this hard in 2025 to ship a TV from Toronto to Ottawa. If the item is out of stock, just say so — don’t keep customers waiting with vague excuses. This has been one of the most frustrating online purchases I’ve made. Best Buy needs to hold their Marketplace sellers to a higher standard. At this point I’m either expecting real tracking information immediately or a full refund. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

    I had a bad experience many months ago, but since then I’ve visited the store several times - sometimes buying a nice gift for my friends, sometimes for myself and every visit has been great. Thank you for your excellent service. I really appreciate it.

    HORRIBLE experience with employee Hassan in Audio-Visual. Found a product that I needed, and enquired about it with another employee. We determined that it, and one other, were placed in the wrong spot. The employee said they would have to honour the incorrect price as they were both placed in the wrong spot. Step in Hassan, who insisted loudly that he was the one who placed the item in that area but put it “backwards” so they wouldn’t be honouring the other price. I insisted that it was the eagle that drew my attention and it was in fact front facing. He said very loudly as he walked away “no, it was not front facing I put it there. We’re not honouring the price. I promise you it wasn’t facing front. I would know. I put it there. I cannot lie”. I insisted that it was not rear facing and he kept loudly rejecting my statement as he walked away. Unfortunately there were no managers around to assist so I left. Horrendous service from Hassan.

    Terrible website I tried to go in to get an e-scooter got to the store and was told that's it's a 3rd party seller so I can't get it in store or use the gift cards I have to buy it. Honestly why even have 3rd party sellers on your official website? The staff understood my aggravation but didn't help solve the problem also took asking 4 staff members to just show me where the scooters were

    Laaiba and DD were absolutely amazing associates! When I first came in to get my phone, DD helped me out and set everything up. She was extremely patient, explained every detail clearly, and made sure I understood everything before I left. Her customer service was top-tier. Later on, when I decided to upgrade my phone storage, Laaiba assisted me and she was just as incredible. She was so sweet, professional, and understanding. I mentioned that I was in a rush, and she got everything done quickly and efficiently while still being friendly and attentive. Both Laaiba and DD went above and beyond to make my experience at Best Buy smooth and enjoyable. They truly made my day! I really hope they get recognized for their amazing service (and their well-deserved commission!). ☺️
