    Be very careful here! If you want to return a headset you can’t, this is extremely unfair cause how can you test a headphone if they’re not on display, I understand it’s hygiene but there must be some kind of service. I was shaking on my feet and felt super uncomfortable!

Then a young man appeared, and she asked him to show me. But first she had told me that no one was available. The young man did not know anything about those chargers. I needed help and guidance, and he was not able to assist me properly because I almost knew more than he did about the chargers. After I finally chose a charger that worked for me, I decided to ask another question because I needed a service for my cell phone. I asked the lady again, and she told me that the staff who handle repairs in the store only work on computers, and that they were all busy and none of them could help me. I went to that area anyway, and there was a young man who was not busy and very kindly helped me with my cell phone, even though they only handle computers. Very, very poor service at that Best Buy. The lady in question was the manager. I attached a picture of the time and date I went.

    I love this Best Buy! My last visit i was helped by Brian who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient (I am not super technologically inclined). He helped me pick a new laptop out and explained the pros and cons with great detail. Thank you!

    I ordered a gaming laptop from Best Buy months ago, but instead of the laptop I paid for, they sent me a completely different and much worse model. It was slow and had issues from the start, but I only recently found out why. I took it to Geek Squad for a broken headphone jack, and that’s when they told me the truth: this is not the gaming laptop I ordered. It’s a downgraded version. Best Buy sent me the wrong product and didn’t even notice—or care. When I asked for a refund, they told me it’s been 8 months so they can’t help me. Never mind that the laptop is still under warranty, or that it’s literally not what I bought. I got scammed, and now I’m being blamed for not catching their mistake sooner. This is not my fault. I trusted Best Buy to send me what I ordered, and they didn’t. Now I’m stuck with a laptop I never wanted and customer service that won’t take responsibility. Buyer beware. If they mess up your order, don’t expect them to fix it.
